“Excellent media tracking tool
Pros
The media monitoring service has been great. We are now able to see mentions that we missed with our old service. Plus the filtering works perfectly which makes report creation a simple task for us. And a shout out to the Critical Mention team, as they are always so helpful!

“Perfect fit for our company
Pros
Before choosing Onclusive we looked at a few different social listening tools. But no other tool stands out as I found Onclusive's whole onboarding process to be smooth, simple to follow and thorough. Also setting up the account was a quick process and customer support has been quite responsive too whenever I have needed help. I use it daily and am really happy with the range of features it offers.

Pros
Well it has been great having a rep who is always available to help, answer any questions and keep us updated on any changes.
Cons
It is not the most affordable choice but it gets the job done for us, and cheaper does not always mean better. So year it is not a major concern.

“Quite reliable!
Pros
Onclusive/Critical Mention is way too easy to use and it has helped us track our media mentions in real time. I also appreciate how simple it is to create custom reports and graphs. We have been able to showcase consistent growth in earned media over the past three years. Plus I have even recommended it to several colleagues in public and media relations. And their customer service has been really responsive too.
Cons
The main downsides I would like to mention are occasional false flags. For some reason a couple of radio stations always seem to show up as mentioning us but they are actually just saying something that sounds similar to our name. I have learned to ignore those but it can be a bit frustrating. Another issue is that some of the local Spanish language media we have built good relationships with are only showing their website mentions, not their radio or print broadcasts. I suspect it is due to their smaller market reach but it would be nice to show that we're successfully reaching these diverse audiences. Also when I compile hundreds of clips into a report, finding a specific mention later on can be a real challenge. As I feel like having a way to search by date or topic in the reports would definitely be a helpful addition.

I love how easy it is to find clips of my clients in the media and even grab segments of my own TV or radio appearances.
Cons
Every now and then I noticed some audio/visual problems.

“Good when it functions properly
Pros
One thing I like most is that the service gives a great, timely overview of all the media coverage.
Cons
It tends to break down fairly often and while the staff is generally responsive, sometimes it takes 1 to 2 working days to get a reply which annoys me.

Cons
There are occasional technical glitches but the team usually resolves them quickly for us.

Pros
It is proven to be so helpful as now we able to review previous statements we have issued to the media without an issue.
Cons
The limitation on licenses is a little annoying because sometimes we have to log other users out to make room.
