Pros

Loved how flexible this setup is especially when it comes to being creative. Setting it up was pretty easy and straight to the point. What's cool is that it can be powered through USB. My TV's mounted and there's no plug nearby so I just connected it to the TV's USB port and it worked like a charm.

Cons

The user interface feels a little clunky to me right now but I'm still learning how everything works so maybe it'll grow on me.

One of my favorite things? I can update the sign on the TV right from my computer. It has been super convenient!

Honestly there is nothing I didn't like about OptiSigns. It has been solid all around.

Pros

I love how simple the dashboard is. It makes it super easy for us at PSUSD to manage all our digital displays across 26 schools and offices. Plus we can give different team members access so they can update content on certain screens too. It's all very smooth.

Cons

Nothing technical has come up so far. If I had to nitpick, I would say it'd be great to see better pricing options for enterprise plans.

Tech support is amazing! Honestly the system is so userfriendly that I'm pretty sure even my 6-year-old grandson could figure it out.

So far I haven't come across any cons. Everything's been working flawlessly for me.

The interface is really easy to navigate and I love the variety of templates. The Roku app makes it super easy to turn any TV into a customer facing display. Plus, the animation options for announcements are a fun touch. I also liked reading the positive reviews and seeing the high TrustScore before I signed up.

Cons

Not much to complain about! I haven't run into any downsides yet.

“Our team's loving OptiSigns

Pros

Ever since I started using OptiSigns, it's been great. The site is super easy and uploading screens is no hassle at all. I even had to call support once to switch admins and the agent was awesome, very helpful and followed up too! What I really love is how quickly I can share important dates or reminders with my team.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like so far. That said we're having a bit of trouble getting our Power BI to sync properly.

“Worked great for our kids zone

Pros

It's been a huge help in our Kids Check In area at church. We use it to promote upcoming events and updating the slideshows in real time is super fast and easy.

Cons

Nothing bothering me at the moment. But I do hope they add some kind of content creation tool right inside the app in the future.

OptiSigns has been such a great tool for running all our digital signage from one place. I love how easy it is to access everything and even edit templates right within the platform. That alone was a big win for me.

Cons

I wish there were more features for editing templates. When I'm starting one from scratch, it'd be awesome to have the option to add PNG graphics right within the platform.

The program is really efficient and easy to use. What you see is exactly what you get, which I appreciate. I also love that you can set assets to expire automatically, no need to worry about going back in and deleting stuff manually.

Honestly I haven't found anything negative about the program. It's been working great.

I love how easy everything is to use. The app has some really thoughtful settings and I really appreciate the live sync and how fast you can make changes on the fly.

The only thing is that we need a Firestick remote for each screen, which can be a bit of a hassle.

The best part for me is how stable the Android TV app is. We are a public high school and use OptiSigns for announcements, menus even motivational quotes. We got a grant and were able to get smart TVs so we tested a few platforms. OptiSigns ended up being the most stable and honestly, the best-priced one too! We started with one TV and now we are expanding to 10 throughout the school.

Cons

There weren't a lot of options for clock and weather displays and I felt like the UI for creating assets and playlists was a little chunky but overall it's still a really nice product.

Pros

It's seriously so easy to use and the fact that it works with Canva makes it even better. There are tons of options and templates so creating content doesn't take up a lot of time. Everything runs really smoothly.

I have got nothing bad to say about OptiSigns. It's been an awesome program for us.
