The help documentation is okay but I find it tricky to locate without reaching out to the support team.

It has completely changed how we handle client intake and lead generation. We use it to automate matching therapists with clients which sped up our work a lot. First off, their quizzes have tons of customization which is great especially if your quiz results aren't simple. Second, their chat support is always there when I need help and super fast with answers. Third, they've been flexible and friendly with pricing when I needed extra features outside my plan. They really do offer custom plans for small businesses. If you're unsure about their plans just talk to them and they'll make a plan that fits you.

Honestly nothing major. Whenever I ran into issues, they fixed them quickly.

Pros

Using this tool was extremely easy. I made a survey in under 10 minutes and a calculator even faster than on other platforms. Whenever I had questions their customer service helped me quickly and clearly.

Cons

I wish I had more design customization options. Since I'm on a certain subscription tier, I'm limited in what I can adjust. But considering my team size, upgrading to the next tier isn't ideal for us.

The whole process was very simple and smooth. Every time I reached out to Outgrow with questions, I was happy with the quick responses and help I got.

“Everything you need but not dependable

Pros

Compared to other tools, It is a really strong platform. What I especially like is that it's the only one I've seen that shows conditional messages based on multiple variables.

With thi tool, I can do calculations using either Excel formulas or native formulas. The Excel option gives the right results but is so slow that it's almost unusable. The native formulas are fast but often give wrong results and customer support hasn't been able to fix this. Honestly their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

It works well with many tools but there have been times I wished it integrated with some niche marketing tools we use. Adding more integrations would make the platform even better.

It was really easy to use even though I didn't have much experience with similar platforms. When I needed help, an Outgrow rep was available right away, super knowledgeable, polite and professional. Plus I impressed my client with how customizable and nicely branded their survey looked and it wasn't just practical, it was also stylish!

My client had some very specific needs that weren't available yet but It always offered alternative solutions.
