“User-friendly Software
Pros
I love how easy and smooth the email designer is and it honestly feels like magic. The interface is very simple to understand and really flexible too. It's just a very user-friendly tool overall. Oh and the reporting? Super helpful!
Cons
Sometimes I run into technical issues. It'd be cool if they added more templates to choose from.

“Exactly what I wanted in an ESP
Pros
The system is really easy to use and the training and support I got were top-notch. I seriously couldn't ask for more. It's like this software was made with all the features I would've personally asked for. The reports give me exactly what I need and I can even share the stats with my clients which is a huge plus.
Cons
It wasn't totally ready to handle all my smaller accounts at first but the team worked really hard to build me the dashboard I needed.

Pros
It's reliable and easy to work with. One thing I especially like is being able to pull a list of clicks after every email blast. That's very handy.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints about Pinpointe. I'm really happy with how the system works and the service they provide.

“Scalable and reliable service
Pros
The email builder is awesome and super simple to use. What I really like is the detailed reporting and it helps me tweak my emails to get the best results.
Cons
As I keep using the system, I haven't found anything I don't like. One thing I wish for though is a way to control the speed at which emails are sent out.

Pros
Building emails on Pinpointe was so easy. I also loved how the reports gave me solid insights about how things were performing.
Cons
Adding contacts and building lists could be easier. The user experience isn't the best.

“Covers everything you need
Pros
What I like most about this tool is that it helps my company make money while also keeping our contact data organized. The reporting is really detailed too which helps us adjust our campaigns in smart ways.
Cons
So far, I haven't found anything I dislike except that you can only have one "segment" per contact. Other than that, It has gone beyond what I expected.

The Pinpointe team was great about working with us to create a plan that really fit our client's needs. From sales to setup to ongoing support, they were always there when we needed them. Whether we were talking about API customizations or reporting, they really knew their stuff. Top-notch service all the way.

I really like the drag-and-drop editor and it's awesome that I can also go in and tweak the HTML directly when I need to.
Cons

Pros
I appreciate that we can schedule emails to go out at specific times around the world and it makes a huge difference. Segmenting lists by region or user behavior is very easy. It's also simple to search and download contacts, manage graphics and pick from ready-to-use templates. Sending out 1,000+ emails is quick and stress-free.
Cons
I think they could add a pricing plan that's in the middle, not just basic or premium.

“Exceeded our needs and essential for us
Pros
Their customer service is amazing and It's user-friendly. We send emails regularly, so it's important for us to have fast support whenever something pops up. Every time we've had an issue, it got sorted out right away without messing up our workday. The campaign results always meet our expectations and it's easy to track and pull stats. We've also been able to clean up our email list with features like exporting bounced emails. I'm not great with HTML but their builder and upload tools make it simple for me to fix any little issues on my own.
Cons
The auto-generated PDF reports aren't customizable how we'd like but that's no big deal. We love all the other services they offer.

Pros
I've got to say, the flexibility and support we got from the Pinpointe team were excellent. We had full control over scheduling drip campaigns and checking analytics and It made all of it feel really easy. The reporting is seriously next-level.
Cons
It takes some time and practice to really get good at using this software.

“Excellent customer & technical service
Pros
I've worked with a bunch of email platforms over the years and It has hands down the best support team I've dealt with. They're super responsive and easy to talk to. You can reach them through chat or other options and I never had to wait long to get help. They always walked me through things clearly and fixed whatever issue I had quickly.
Cons
I wish I could edit the HTML no matter which editor I'm using.
