Pros

It has honestly been one of the best marketing tools I've ever used. It's user friendly, looks professional and is packed with features that feel fresh and modern. What I really appreciate is that the developers are always around when I need help and they're super responsive and supportive. Everything about the tool just works smoothly and feels built for the current marketing world.

Cons

When I first started using It, I felt lost since I wasn't used to this kind of tool. It took me some time to figure things out. Also, the system sometimes slowed down when I was doing a lot at once but the good thing is, it always got fixed pretty quickly.

Pros

What I love most about this tool isn't just the software itself and it's the amazing support team behind it. Don't get me wrong, the software is great but having real people available to help and walk me through things just makes it so much better. It's comforting to know there's always someone ready to assist.

I'm kinda picky about software because I love when things run smoothly. I've noticed a few small bugs here and there over the years but every time I reported something, the team fixed it fast usually the same day. That's something I really appreciate.

Pros

I really like the features especially the complex automations you can set up. Webhooks and integrations are super easy to plug in. I connected Amazon SES with It and every single email landed right in the inbox, no issues at all. And the dashboards? They look awesome and make everything easier to manage and track.

Cons

Honestly, the stuff I like about Platformly also frustrates me sometimes. Like I wish they had more payment processor options. And for a while, the tracking feature wasn't working for me until I showed them what was wrong. It was annoying not knowing how much my emails were earning until they fixed it.

Pros

I'm able to run my entire business using Platformly. From setting up email automation to sending out SMS and even tracking my sales through Stripe and it does it all. I really like the tracking links feature too. It shows me how many times a link has been clicked which gives me better data than what platforms like Facebook provide. Plus, the webhooks make it really easy to connect other tools and push data right into Platformly.

Cons

Some tools in this software need better explanations. They do have video tutorials now, which help but I still think they should explain things like funnels, events and split tracking in a simpler way like, not just how to use them but why you'd want to use them too.

Pros

It has so many features that I actually stopped using a bunch of other tools. It's so convenient to manage everything in one place instead of jumping between different software programs. Now I can handle tasks for all my companies in one dashboard. It really simplifies things.

Cons

It is tricky to learn. I figured out a lot just by playing around with it but there were times I was confused because there wasn't enough info. The knowledge base does show you how to do things but it could be more detailed about what to expect.

Pros

It's seriously a one-stop shop for managing all my email lists. I've got everything I need here and the price is totally affordable too. For the value I'm getting, it's a no-brainer.

Honestly back in December 2019, I didn't really have anything to complain about. Everything worked the way I needed it to.

Pros

The customer support team is amazing and they respond fast and always know how to help! The platform itself does everything I could possibly need and connects with a ton of other cool tools I already use. I even started picking tools that integrate with Platformly just to keep things smooth. The built-in templates are super handy and I haven't had to make anything from scratch so far. Plus, the interface is easy to use and I never get lost in menus or anything.

Cons

It would be cool if they added a live chat feature like Gist. Also, I think the design could look a bit nicer. It doesn't mess with how I work or anything just something that could make it feel a little more modern.

Pros

So far, It has been a perfect fit for what I need and it's been great value for money. The support team's been awesome too. What I like the most are the high open and delivery rates and they really take that part seriously. I also love how simple the automation features are. I don't have to mess with complicated setups for basic email sequences anymore but they still offer advanced automation if you need it. That balance is awesome.

Cons

I still don't like how small some of the fonts are in the app. My eyesight's not great, so it's hard for me to read certain parts of the screen comfortably.

Pros

The business dashboard is one of my favorite features, it's fully customizable and shows real-time data in an easy-to-understand layout. It helps me figure out exactly what's going on in my business and make the right moves fast. Their email marketing is also top-notch. I can send the right email to the right person at the right time with their visual builder and it always looks great on any device. The delivery rates have been fantastic. The CRM is another huge plus. It lets me manage all my contacts in one place and the data updates automatically in real time. I can see full histories and interactions for any contact. It's seriously powerful.

Cons

If you're not super techy, it might take a bit to get used to the platform. That said, their support team is awesome. They're always quick to help and make things easier to understand.

Pros

It is probably one of the most reasonably priced email marketing tools I've tried. I use it to manage all my lists and it suits my needs perfectly. The email analytics are super helpful too and I can easily see who opened my emails and who clicked the links. It gives me the kind of insight I need to really improve my campaigns.

Cons

Even though editing templates is easy, I still feel like they should add more video guides. Sometimes you just need to see how stuff works. Besides that I think the app's pretty awesome!
