“Awesome SMS platform with great support
Pros
What really sold me were the integrations with Klaviyo and Zipify OCU. Also it is very easy to navigate and if I ever get stuck, their support team is lightning fast. I even love that I can manage pretty much everything inside the app without constantly needing a rep.
Cons
I have found it difficult to rely on its sales attribution reporting as it does not quite match up with what other tracking tools are showing. Plus the segmentation filters are decent but there are still some missing features, like selecting people who have not clicked or excluding certain segments from campaigns when sending.

Pros
I seriously adore Taylor. She is been incredibly patient and helpful. It is actually been fun learning the app thanks to her.
Cons
As a first time user the analytics were a little confusing for me to get the hang of.

“Took our SMS efforts to the next level
Pros
We built our entire SMS setup using Postscript, starting from our very first text. Now it is our most important channel for driving lifetime value. Their support is also one of the best and always willing to help out. The dashboard metrics are pretty helpful too as it is great not having to calculate all that stuff yourself. In short they really know SMS inside and out.
Cons
Unfortunately it does not integrate with other e-commerce platforms besides Shopify. It is the only major con I discovered.

“Keyword functionality is spot on
Pros
Even if you are on the free or very low cost version, there is still a lot of creative freedom which I did not expect.
Cons
The only real issue I have had so far was today. I wanted to offer a discount code with a keyword but if someone is already opted in, there is no way to know if they get the code unless they reach out through another platform.

Pros
The team at Postscript really listened to what we wanted and came back with a game plan that actually matched our goals. Plus they are quick to reply whenever we reach out and it has been awesome working with such a friendly and responsive group.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that the flows seem a little overwhelming at first but once you use it regularly, you will come to the conclusion that it is not as bad as you first thought.

“Awesome tool with amazing customer care
Pros
We are just wrapping up our first month and onboarding has been a hassle free process. The platform is pretty basic and anytime I had a question, the onboarding team was right there. They even released two updates this month based on user feedback which makes me feel like they really care. It honestly feels like their SMS team is part of our marketing department now and we are pumped to keep going.
Cons
No complaints yet as it is still early to say anything. But so far we have had a great experience.

Pros
Every time I have had a question or needed support someone from the Postscript team has jumped in right away. Whether it is through chat or on a call they are always very helpful and kind.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of anything to dislike about the service. Five stars from me!

Well it is easy enough to figure out even for someone new. But what really stands out to me is their customer support and it is what makes this tool special.
Cons
This is not really a Postscript issue but as a first time SMS marketer like me there is a small learning curve due to regulations.

“I'd totally it!
Pros
The interface is pretty user friendly and lets us hit a wider audience through SMS. Our returns have definitely improved. Also their prices are fair and I love that we can talk to support through chat or email. They do not pressure us to send more instead, they offer real advice on how to grow properly.
Cons
We are only a couple of months in and so far, I have not come across anything that stands out as a con.

Pros
It is early days for us but so far the layout is clean and easy to get the hang of. Coming from another SMS provider took some time for adjustment but support has been amazing. Though there are still a few things we are getting used to, but I am confident this switch is going to be worth it.
Cons
The documentation could use a little more detail especially regarding integrations. Also it would be helpful to have a clearer overview of how it works with Shopify. And we noticed that there are several articles on similar topics that could be more streamlined to make them look less repetitive.

Setting up automations and campaigns is not a problem as it is quite simple. And I hardly run into any trouble. The support team is always nice and everyone I have talked to has been easy to work with.
Cons

Their support team is not only fast but also very friendly. Plus they keep improving the platform and put on really helpful webinars too.
Cons

Pros
Choosing Postscript was an easy call for us. SMS has been a great way for us to connect with top customers and boost our brand. And the Postscript Plus managers feel like part of our own crew as they are always bringing new ideas and staying one step ahead.
Cons
It is hard to find anything to dislike. The only challenge we have faced is with some glitches in the custom on site popups. But the team has been amazing as they work hard to create custom solutions and fix issues during big campaigns.

Pros
We made the switch to Postscript from another major SMS provider because of some missing features and we have not looked back. The team has been great at responding fast, offering helpful suggestions and really taking time to understand our goals.
Cons
There are limitations with advanced experimentation but I am hopeful they will keep improving this feature.

Pros
From the setup to daily use everything went well. With Postscript+ you always have someone to reach out to for advice or feedback. The dashboard also gives a clear view of how our campaigns are doing.
Cons
I feel like the segmentation tool could use some improvements to allow for multiple exclusions. Right now you can only exclude one list at a time but it would be great if you could exclude several.
