Pros

While I was not deeply involved in the technical side of Recotap, the team really enjoyed using the software. The standout feature is the customer service team as they are incredibly supportive, quick to respond and work closely with you to meet your needs.

Cons

Occasionally we faced some issues with our accounts and contact lists from it but the team was always quick to fix the problems.
