The platform is very beginner friendly and they provide great support whenever I need assistance. I also like how quickly I started seeing results. And the best thing is that I have started seeing the results immediately.

There is a lot to learn and finding the time to do so is challenging for me.

Referrizer covers all the essential marketing tools for small businesses. I can easily email or text my clients, automate emails and set up a loyalty program. Plus I can even connect with local businesses to partner on offers. Also it is a powerful system and I keep learning new ways to generate more leads.

At first I felt like I was not fully up to date with all the new features but the customer support team was amazing and really helped me out!

Everything about it is amazing. There is nothing else quite like it available in the market I feel like.

I really liked how easy it was to use and how user friendly the software was during the setup process.

The only issues faced was that my antivirus/firewall blocked the Universal Share Link for my campaign because of phishing so I had to manually add the Referrizer site to my safe list.

The best thing is that I can create campaigns with multiple channels, automate lead management and run a loyalty program. It is like everything I needed is available on one platform.

There are so many options and functions that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. And I feel like the knowledge base could also be more detailed.

I just got started with Referrizer's tools and on my first campaign, I had 3 accepted comeback offers. So I am excited to see the results after my first 30 days.

Well I have seen an increase in reviews since using Referrizer and it has made managing my reputation much easier.

The syncing between Mindbody contacts and Referrizer's email list does not pull a lot of contacts unless they click the right buttons to opt in for email promos. Instead I have to go in manually and change each contact, which is really time consuming when you have a large list.

There is a lot that I like about but the think I like the most is the automation and lead generation features.

The pop up works great on my site but that is all I can say as it is the only thing I able to use on the free trial.

The pop up is all I can use on the free trial. The rest requires extra setup and I have to call or email to get help. Why limit the usage or make it harder on a free trial? I have used them in the past with the full setup and guaranteed payment. When I pointed out the lack of leads generated and asked them to honor their guarantee they initially refused. It was not until we threatened legal action that they finally upheld their promise.
