Steady and versatile marketing tool

Pros

It was very easy for me to set up new campaigns using GTM events. I didn't need much help and it all just clicked.

Cons

The template designs aren't all that great. I feel like some useful options are missing that would've made things a lot easier.

Works great for me

Pros

Compared to other systems I've used, this one is way easier to work with. Everything feels simple and user-friendly.

Cons

When I'm building a segment or setting up an audience for emails or SMS, I really wish there was an "or" option. Right now, it's very basic and could definitely use an upgrade.

Easy marketing and SMS automation

Pros

Integrating it with Shopify and Namogoo was very easy. No headaches just smooth setup.

Cons

There aren't a ton of options when it comes to creating segments. Also if your store has a lot of data, things can slow down quite a bit while it's computing.

Reliable product for what we need

Pros

I really like how clean and simple the interface is. It's easy to duplicate existing emails and tweak them for new newsletters. I can also quickly find the data I need to see how our newsletters and automations are doing which makes decision-making a lot easier.

Cons

We've run into a few moments where the reporting just didn't work right and yeah, it's annoying when that happens. Also, I feel like the campaign builder could use a bit more flexibility but it's not a huge deal.

Remarkety marketing tool

Pros

Honestly, I enjoy using this program because it's just easy. Whenever I've got questions or need something, I know I can reach out to the support team.Team is always helpful and patient with all of our questions.

Cons

I've noticed that the way things look on mobile doesn't always match the desktop view. That's been a pain.

Overall good tool

Pros

No matter when I reach out, weekend or weekday, someone always gets back to me fast even for basic stuff like checking dashboard details. The team really seems to care and I feel like they've got my business's best interests in mind.

Cons

When I look at automation sequences, they don't give a ton of detail. It only shows the basic stuff and I wish there was more insight.

Beginner-friendly email software

Pros

Setting up automations with this was so easy! I used to pay a lot for ActiveCampaign but it was just too complex for what I needed and I didn't get much support. After switching, it felt like a total upgrade. I run a very small business and this tool fits perfectly. Even if I had a bigger team, I'd still go with this because it saves time on design so we can focus more on making the emails perform better.

Cons

The design tools aren't as easy to use as they look. For example, I wanted to make a colored bar with a soft image behind it to break up sections. I had to keep editing the photo to get the size and color right. Since I sell dog products, it was important to see the dog in the image but that turned out to be pretty tough. I ended up giving up on the bar and just found another way to show dog pictures.

Great fit if you use Magento

Pros

I love how easy everything is to set up and use. Plus, the team keeps making improvements which makes it even better over time.

Cons

I think it would be awesome if customers could manage their own subscriptions instead of reaching out to us every time.

Much better than others

Pros

We're big fans of the easy-to-use editor. It makes creating emails simple and we can manage and segment our list easily using all the different conditions Remarkety offers.

Cons

We'd love to see a feature where customers can manage what kind of emails they get. Right now if they unsubscribe, they're just removed completely which isn't ideal.

Remarkety helped grow our sales

Pros

We've set up automation emails for new customers and also use it to send out coupons for abandoned carts. It's been very helpful.

Cons

One thing that bugs me is how easy it is to lose your email draft. If you click on something without saving, your work can just disappear. An auto-save feature would help so much.

User-friendly email marketing software

Pros

I like how the email scheduling and templates work. AandB testing is also super easy compared to some other tools I've tried.

Cons

It's kind of a problem to bring over old designs into the new editor. I wish that process was smoother.

Effective system with helpful support

Pros

It's really simple to use and the customer support is both fast and helpful. It's been a great tool for our businessand we've seen strong results. Integration didn't take long either which was awesome.

Cons

I'm really missing the ability to send messages based on each user's time zone. That would make a big difference.

Easy to use

Pros

One thing I like is how I can link up our sales info with our email marketing. It helps everything stay connected and running smoothly.

Cons

Good email marketing with easy integration

Pros

We use It for our website and I was happy to see how well Remarkety integrates with it. Everything works together nicely.

Cons

The template editor feels a bit clunky when I work on it. Could be that I'm just not totally used to the system yet.

Really impressive tool!

Pros

We've been using It for about five years now. What I really appreciate is their customer service and the fact that I can actually call and get support when I need it. The software never goes down. And whenever we've disconnected the API because of our own maintenance, their support team always checks in to make sure everything's okay.

Cons

It'd be nice to see more detail in the reporting like exactly which links were clicked inside each email.
