Pros
It's very easy to use and makes total sense. Honestly, it paid for itself in the first month. I love that it comes with built-in message templates and smooth automation. Getting reviews from customers has never been easier.
Cons
They were in the middle of a software update when I signed up. Not exactly a downside but I found the older version even easier to use than the new one.

I'm obsessed with the omni-channel automation! Being able to string together four touchpoints and customize each one so easily is just a game-changer.
Cons
I wish customers could leave one review that gets posted to multiple sites at once or that there was some kind of integration to make that happen.

I've been using It for almost a year now and I love it! It's taken care of all our customer messaging automatically, it actually gets done now and it's so quick. The dashboard's easy to use and I really like the tagging and filtering options to stay organized. Once I set up a sequence, It just takes over and I don't have to think about it. I get a heads-up when someone replies, so I can jump in fast. We've seen a bunch of referrals thanks to it. And their support? Top-notch. I've reached out a few times with questions and they're always very responsive.
Cons
When uploading a contact list, I've forgotten a few times that it needs to be in .csv format. They do mention it but I wish it stood out more. Also, whenever they push updates, I have to refresh the page, but that's a small thing and I actually like all the new features they're adding.

This helped me show up near the top on Google searches and I'm second in my area! Plus, I've gotten a ton of reviews that really helped me stand out from the competition.
Cons
No real complaints from me. If I could add one thing, I'd say it would be cool if they offered something to help improve website rankings along with the review service.

Pros
What I enjoy is how simple it is to reach out to my customers through text and email. It also takes care of sending review requests and helps bring in more referrals from happy clients.
Cons
There are a few limitations. I can't add custom links just the preset ones. When I send review requests, I can only pick one platform either Google or Facebook. And the email customization is pretty limited besides the logo, you can't really add any other images.

Pros
The software is great but what really stands out is the team behind it. The reps are amazing. From the very first call, they've been in constant contact, helping with setup, checking in and actually doing what they say. About the software, once you set it up, it practically runs itself. Set up your message templates and how often you want to reach out and then just watch your business grow. It even helps you check how satisfied a customer is before you ask them for a review. No need to search around anymore and this is the one.
Cons
I truly have zero negatives to share, It has been a total blessing and a really solid partnership.

It's awesome how I can reach out to customers instantly with whatever works, texts, emails, voicemails or notes. Definitely helps us get things done faster on the marketing side.
Cons
The mobile app needs some work and it's buggy. Setting up marketing sequences can be frustrating because of that, so I usually just send out single review invites instead of full campaigns.

Pros
It has been really simple to use. Adding clients whether one by one or a whole list is easy. Plus, anytime I've run into a small hiccup, I reach out to my rep and there's usually an update coming soon to fix it. And if not, they pass the feedback to the dev team and they actually take care of it.
Cons
One thing I don't love is how there are some extra steps when editing certain messages and it feels like it could be more simple.
