Pros

Over the past year, this software has improved a lot and that's worth highlighting. They've added plenty of new features during that time, including listing alerts for things like buy box loss, category updates and even GL group changes which was something I hadn't come across before in tools like this. On top of that, the subscription price has stayed the same. They've also introduced a completely free plan for users who want to manage the software on their own without needing support from a specialist.

Cons

The 14-day trial I started with wasn't really long enough to decide whether the paid subscription was worth it. That said, now that they offer a fully free plan without a specialist, they no longer need to provide a trial.
