“Fast QR code generation!

Pros

For me, the software is very easy to use and it only takes minutes to generate the final QR code.

Cons

Final downloaded result didn't match the preview but support resolved the issue quickly and effectively.

Trust me, the customer service is incredible! I accidentally deleted a QR code and was initially told it couldn't be recovered. But an amazing rep and the tech team went out of their way to restore it for me. I thought it was gone forever but they saved me from having to reprint everything.

Cons

cost is a concern, especially since free alternatives exist. I feel locked into maintaining a paid account just to keep my QR codes active.

To analyze scan data for all my codes at once, I have to request a report from support, as the self-service option is limited to 10 codes at a time.

Customer support is really fast and efficient at solving problems. They even created a custom solution for me, setting up a special account with 5 lifetime dynamic QR codes that perfectly fit my needs.

Cons

The lifetime plan doesn't include the ability to track the physical location of scans.

The instructions were clear and step-by-step, which made it easy to turn my presentation into a QR code for my audience instead of using old-fashioned handouts. Customer service personally emailed me and responded quickly when I had questions. I also loved that I could edit my presentation without affecting the QR code. It's brilliant!
