Pros
Out of all the software products we have used, Scorpion has by far the best customer service. They are super responsive and always make it clear how their product is helping us so I never have to wonder if we are getting our money's worth.
Cons
It's so not cheap but our business has grown so much that the cost is absolutely worth it.

They did not really seem to know or understand some of the areas they claimed to be experts in, like website development and optimizing Google Ads.

Honestly I did not have a good experience. They just billed us and seemed way more focused on that than actually helping us with marketing.
Cons
Absolutely terrible service. They care more about billing than actually delivering the promised services. $8k down the drain and not a single dollar in ROI. Then when I canceled, they charged my card without permission. Terrible experience and I was lied to from the start. All calls were recorded and I'll be filing a complaint.

What I really appreciate is Scorpion's willingness to give us real time analytics so we can see how well our marketing is actually working. It has been a big game changer.
Cons
Scorpion is a variable expense that's often hard for boutique firms to manage and it sometimes affects the effectiveness of our marketing program. This might be the nature of marketing in the AI era but we will need creative cost structuring to manage the impact on our marketing as our relationship continues.

The website they created is beautiful but I think the SEO side of things could be a lot better.
Cons
When we decided to cancel, I sent multiple emails, contacted support through the message system and left phone messages. I did not get a response for three weeks. When I finally did hear back, they told me we owed another month's payment because we had not given a 30-day notice. We had not even used their services for over a month.
