I mostly use It to check if URLs are giving a 200 OK status and to generate XML sitemaps. It basically gives a full SEO checkup for the whole site which is really handy.

It is a simple platform that makes it easy to audit and spot technical SEO issues on your site. Honestly, it's one of the most essential SEO tools anyone should have. I like that it runs as a desktop app instead of online even though it uses a lot of system resources, it's fast and doesn't suffer from slow loading like web tools. The user interface is pretty clean even if it looks busy at first but you get used to it quickly.

Cons

The UI could use some improvements. There are tools like Sitebulb that feel more flexible and actually give suggestions on how to fix problems. Screaming Frog mostly just shows you what's wrong without telling you how to fix it.
