“A helpful tool

Pros

The app overview tab gives me a lot of valuable information such as revenue, RPD and downloads which is very helpful.

Cons

Well I feel like the user experience for custom fields and the app store optimization tab could definitely be improved.

“A must-have for app marketers

Pros

I find the user interface very nice and pretty simple to navigate. Also it is an excellent tool for keeping track of competition and market trends plus it is great for app store optimization.

Cons

The trends generally match real data but I noticed that sometimes the numbers are way off especially at nominal levels.

Pros

I check it every week to monitor and evaluate reviews for our apps. Also the organization and keyword search features are both really handy and simple to use.

Cons

When I am conducting market research, searching for specific apps in both Store Intelligence and Usage Intelligence can be more challenging than I expected. Plus the UI just does not feel the best to me. It takes longer than I would like although I usually manage to find what I need eventually.

“Perfect for managing UA and ASO tasks

Pros

It is reliable in terms of data accuracy, offers an easy to use interface and includes many helpful features. With how quickly the mobile app market changes, staying updated is pretty important and I must say the Sensor Tower does a great job with that.

Cons

Way more expensive than I imagined especially for startups just starting out. Also there is no option to estimate advertising revenue directly within the app.

“The best for understanding the market trends

Pros

I like the fact that there are several categories to help me break down and analyze different mobile app genres.

Cons

One thing I like the least is the data available on ad revenue and ad networks as it is quite limited.

“Simple interface and helpful support

Pros

The UX is quite simple and easy to use, probably one of the best I have come across in the industry. Plus customer support including sales is very responsive and quick to answer any of my questions.

Cons

I noticed that the data tends to change after announcements. Also I wish there were more information available especially about devices.
