I like Shuttlerock's approach. It lets brands produce professional-looking videos quickly, which directly helps improve their results.

Cons

Having to submit all our feedback through their platform wasn't always as easy as just collecting everyone's notes in a Google Doc and sending that to our rep.

Team is incredibly helpful in managing the project flow. They really prioritize open communication and are always eager to help solve any problems. The team is also very creative and can do a lot even when we only provide a little information to start with.

You really have to be specific with your creative requests as it can sometimes take a few rounds to get what you're looking for. That said the reps are great at communicating and very understanding through the process.

If we ever need a project done urgently, the fastest option is still about three days. We'd love to see a one-day turnaround option for rush jobs.

It would be really helpful to have some music options to listen to while we're deciding what fits the assets. Also I wish there was a shorter contract option.. a 6-month term would have been perfect for a business like ours.
