“Totally recommend it!
Pros
Having posts pre-made for us to publish and being able to customize them to suit our practice is such a great feature. Also it allows us to plan future posts and make them fit perfectly with what we do.
Cons
There are not enough fresh posts available to choose from and not all holidays are included. Like I have searched for several holidays but could not find them in the list.

Pros
I am absolutely hooked on this social media scheduling tool. It makes managing multiple accounts on platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Facebook very easy. Plus they are always coming up with new features to expand scheduling options. And it is rare to find a platform that lets you schedule stories and I love that it does that. Plus their analytics are much simpler to understand which makes reporting to clients so much easier. I have yet to find another company with support as quick and helpful as Sked. They are always responsive and dedicated to finding a solution and their new AI features save lots of time.
Cons
It has glitched on me a few times when uploading posts which means I have to log in and post manually at times that are not always ideal.

There is nothing that I like about it but the customer service responds quickly and the layout design and color scheme are good too.
Cons
After 13 months with this tool I can relate to the complaints others have made about this service. The platform keeps malfunctioning, with posts failing to publish and various issues with connectivity and scheduling. I paid $881.32 for a service meant to make my social media management more efficient but instead it has only cost me countless hours troubleshooting problems. Overall it is beyond frustrating and feels like a scam. And though customer service is quick to respond but their replies are useless and they just blame the customer instead of addressing the real issues. Also they refuse to cancel my subscription or issue a refund even though the service has failed to deliver. So if you want reliable social media management stay away from this service.

“Perfect tool for Instagram content and scheduling
Pros
What I like most about Sked Social is the ability to schedule my Instagram posts in advance and set them to publish at times I choose. Plus it also handles Instagram stories which is a huge plus for me.
Cons
The issue is that it is really expensive and the cost goes up depending on how many Instagram accounts I want to manage. Plus the interface feels a bit too complex for beginners.

Sked features are much more flexible compared to other programs and the value you get is also unmatched. When I first looked into it the support team was very helpful too in guiding me through the decision-making process.
Cons
You cannot rely on it to schedule your Instagram posts at the right time as too many of mine were delayed by 30 to 35 minutes. To make matters worse the staff is very defensive when you complain. They came up with ridiculous excuses blaming me for the delays. Like they would never admit it was their fault. When I last complained they claimed my image had too much metadata. I proved that was not true but instead of addressing the issue, they canceled my account immediately. They did not even give me time to save my hashtags. I mean how unethical is that? So don't be fooled by their friendly tone at first. If you run into a problem and need to complain they will just blame you.

It is so easy to use. Plus it does everything we need and it is really user friendly too.
