Smaily is awesome because it is basically free to use which is a huge benefit. We rely on it for our weekly company newsletters and their customer service is pretty fast and helpful.
Cons
The lack of AI content creation is a downside. These days AI adds so much value to apps, so as per me it is a big miss if it's not included.

It offers great value for money especially for those who need quick and simple email automations. It is really easy to use and customer support is excellent too as they are available live and always quick to solve any issues. Integration was pretty simple and for our basic needs, the clarity and simplicity of Smaily is just perfect. Overall everything is quick to learn which helps us get things done fast.
Cons

I love how my newsletters look, and the detailed statistics for each email and newsletter sent are just fantastic.
Cons
Organizing email lists into categories using Excel is really tough. I just wish this process was simpler.

The customer service and account managers are always quick to reply and provide us solutions instantly.
Cons
It would be awesome to have more detailed insights on subscribers and unsubscribers like a graph to track trends daily, weekly and yearly. This feels like a must have feature in any email marketing tool. I also feel like a summary of account health and data across different timeframes would also be super useful.

While I have not explored all the features, creating and sending newsletters is really simple and enjoyable. I am sure the other features are just as easy to use.
Cons
It took a bit of time getting used to list creation especially compared to the old system I was familiar with but support team has been great in helping me along the way.

Pros
Smaily is simple to use and customize. The built in template tool is a huge time saver and everything is pretty well organized. After using it for over a year I have not had any major issues with the platform or sending emails.
Cons
I feel like the data provided with campaigns could be more detailed. The contact parameter view could use some improvement too as if right now you can only see a few parameters in the "master view" and you cannot choose which ones appear. This makes debugging a bit harder but it's not a huge issue.
