Pros
It has seriously saved me so much time by automating my social media posts. I can reuse content multiple times which means I don't have to stress about constantly creating new stuff for every platform. As a small business owner with barely any free time, this has been a total game changer for me!
Cons
Honestly I have nothing bad to say! It's fantastic. The analytics are super helpful too which I really appreciate.

Pros
The customer service here is just amazing! They don't just throw you in and leave you hanging and they actually schedule a meeting to get you started and check in with you now and then to offer tips and extra training if you need it. Very helpful.
Cons
The only thing I find tricky is reordering posts, it's not very easy. I know the team is aware of this and they're working on fixing it, so that's good.

Honestly, I've been running my business for over two and a half years and I can't even count how few times I've posted marketing stuff. I struggled to stay focused enough to put things together over and over again. But with this tool, I can spend a few hours batching posts for different platforms and feel confident that my message is getting out there. The images they provide to browse, the ChatGPT help to tweak my writing and the option to schedule or rotate posts, everything is just brilliant. I love it!
Cons
My only downside is I still have to come up with the content myself, haha! But if I wanted someone else to do that, I'd just hire a marketing company.

Cons
It takes a bit of getting used to. It would be easier if I could use it fully in my own language. When you skim diagonally in your own language, it really saves a lot of time.

The best thing about this software is the queue feature. You just add your content, set your posting schedule and let the software handle the rest. It frees me up to spend my time on other important stuff.
Cons

Pros
It's very easy to use and anytime I've had an issue, the customer service has been fantastic, always helpful and friendly. Definitely great value for what you get.
Cons
I wish Instagram stories could post automatically but I guess that's not something they control. Also I wish I could post to both my personal and business profiles. Looking forward to when Threads gets added.

Cons

I absolutely love the evergreen scheduling feature. Being able to upload tons of graphics and text variations, set a schedule and then just forget about it is the best part for me. I can keep adding new content whenever I want and it just runs smoothly.
Cons
So far, the only thing I don't really "love" is setting up and scheduling one-off posts. It's a little annoying and fiddly in the program but it's only a minor inconvenience.

It's my favorite time-saver hands down. I juggle multiple accounts across several platforms, and this tool keeps me sane. The option to schedule reposts for evergreen content is amazing, just set it and forget it!
Cons
It used to have cheaper tiered payment options like $39.99 for smaller plans. Now the lowest is $79.99. That's not a problem if you manage lots of accounts but since Twitter is no longer supported, some of my profiles can't schedule posts anymore which is frustrating.

Publishing is simple and if you need to delete something, it's just a click away. Separating content by different flags makes managing posts a breeze. It has been a total lifesaver for me and my business. Before I started using it, my social media content was all over the place and I wasted so much time writing posts, hunting for hashtags and picking pictures. I thought about outsourcing but no one could write in my voice. Plus I have seven years' worth of content and the hard part was just finding and storing it where I could easily reach it. This tool took a huge weight off my shoulders.
Cons
My images are getting kind of out of control. I wish I could categorize them better, so I could easily search for all my quotes or all the food images, for example.
