“Simple tool but outdated”
Pros
I like how simple the setup process was. It took me under an hour to get started and begin sending emails right after creating the account.
Cons
The templates feel outdated and there are not enough options to customize them to fit my brand. Also reaching customer service is tough especially for tech support. I was even double charged and it took a lot of effort to get a refund. Plus, the lack of responsiveness really made the whole experience frustrating.

“Has lost its charm”
Pros
The software is user friendly and the customer service used to be excellent. The best part was that I even had a dedicated account manager to assist me.
Cons
Customer service is nearly nonexistent now. If I have an issue it can take days before I hear back and even then, the problem often remains unresolved.
