“SOCi works well for what I need
Pros
I've been using SOCi for several years now and overall, it is been super easy to work with. The data is solid and really easy to understand. I do wish they'd bring in more social platforms especially YouTube but all in all my experience has been pretty great.
Cons
I really wish they'd integrate with YouTube. It would add way more value and give customers like me better data insights.

“Took a while to get everything running
Pros
There's actually a lot you can do on this platform especially with all the different add ons. We've been using the listings management feature and so far it's going really well.
Cons
We had a lot of trouble during the setup process and honestly, the customer support from the SOCi team wasn't great..

Pros
We use SOCi through our corporation and honestly, it's been amazing. It handles everything we need without much hassle.
Cons
When the system goes down, that's it.. it's completely unusable.

“My go-to for modern marketing success
Pros
What I love most is how easy it is to manage all my search pages and social profiles in one place. It's saved me a ton of time and effort. Having everything centralized has really helped strengthen my online presence across multiple platforms.
Cons
They do offer training and support but I think the onboarding could be way better especially for people who are new to digital marketing.
