“Make my tasks smoother
Pros
I find the platform really easy to use. It's very simple to move around and check out different features. What I really like about the publishing section is that I can see and separate posts by each team member. It keeps our whole process way more organized.
Cons
I think it would be really helpful if the media we store in Statusbrew's asset manager could be shared outside the platform. That would make things easier.

“Great tool for team communication
Pros
It really helped our social media marketing team communicate better. The approval workflow is a total game-changer for us. It makes sure everyone's on the same page and that every piece of content is reviewed and approved before it goes live. I definitely recommend it!
Cons

“All my social campaign reports in one place
Pros
I used to struggle a lot trying to keep track of how my social campaigns were doing on different networks. Managing all the data in spreadsheets was a headache and formatting them took forever. But It saved me a ton of time with their customizable report links. Now I don't have to download separate sheets anymore!
Cons
It would be awesome if Statusbrew had support for TikTok. That would make it even better.

“Awesome for startups
Pros
Since we're a small agency, managing all our clients' social media was tough. But after we got Statusbrew, it became way easier. It cut down a lot of our work and now it handles things like conversations and planning posts ahead of time, which is a huge help.
Cons
I wish Insta stories could be automated with this tool too, but other than that, everything else works great for me.

Pros
My favorite thing about this tool has got to be the Engage Inbox. It's amazing how simple it is to manage engagement whether you're an agent replying to messages or a manager keeping track of everything.
Cons
The only thing missing for us is web listening features. That would really complete the package.

“Good fit for social media engagement
Pros
Statusbrew helps us manage thousands of comments every day across all our social accounts. We get a lot of spam and people trying to pretend to be us on ads but It automatically deletes those spammy comments. That's a big help because it lets us focus more on replying to real potential customers. Plus the smart routing of conversations saves me loads of time since I don't have to assign every conversation manually.
Cons
I haven't found anything I dislike yet. There's still a lot to learn and I haven't explored everything, but so far so good.

“Improves our social media customer support
Pros
We've always had problems with responding quickly on social media and ended up missing comments or DMs here and there. That's why we started a trial with It. After a couple of months the team finds it easy to use, they respond to comments faster and they can hide spammy comments easily now.
Cons
I'm trying hard to think of something I don't like about It. Maybe WhatsApp integration would make my life easier. I heard it's coming soon, so I'm looking forward to it.

Pros
It's a really powerful social media management system. It handles comment moderation for Facebook and Instagram ads and it even integrates with Google My Business which is super useful.
Cons
The number of social profiles and users allowed feels a bit limited. It pushes you to upgrade to pricier plans if you want more which can be annoying.

This is a very user-friendly social media marketing tool with plenty of options. I especially like how easy it is to schedule posts. I can add media directly from the library, shorten URLs, preview posts and set the publishing time easily.

It's a great all-in-one social media suite for managing all your accounts in one place. You can schedule posts, check mentions and messages and analyze post insights. It's a complete package for social media management.
