“Good tool for understanding and engaging with audience
Pros
Symplify has helped us merge our separate and duplicate audiences from different lists making it easier to understand and connect with our readers and subscribers across various magazines. Now we no longer have duplicate contacts as everything is organized in one place. Not to mention, the team's support is fast and highly appreciated.
Cons
Despite its power I still think it needs a bit more time to become fully autonomous.

With it creating a newsletter is quick and easy with the ready made templates.
Cons
I do not find the interface very user friendly. You need to know the right steps to use it effectively.

“Quite a powerful tool
Pros
It is very powerful with many features. It centralizes data, allows segmentation and makes personalized communication easy. The customer support is quick to respond when we contact them and always helpful.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that it takes some time to get used to the platform's many features but the customer support and video tutorials are really helpful in getting up to speed.

Pros
All services in the sports sector are excellent, with great communication and quick responses for mobility needs. They always make it easy for customers like us to use their services.
Cons
While it is fine not to update everything, the service remains competitive. For future updates I feel like improving service aspects, upgrading the company database and providing faster, simpler solutions for all services would be really helpful.

“Has Great options but a bit complex
Pros
The options are great but there are so many that it can be hard to navigate and it's a shame because I feel like better design and ergonomics would make it easier to use more often.
Cons
The complexity of the options and the limited ability to segment lists make it harder to fully personalize the communication

“Easy to use Tool with Great Support
Pros
Symplify software is easy to get started and manage with flexible boilerplates. Adjusting account settings is simple too and the platform offers great features for segment management and testing. The search functionality is also excellent.
Cons
I noticed that it lacks a relational database to enrich information. It occasionally freezes and not all changes are saved making it feel a bit buggy. It is also difficult to troubleshoot and understand why someone did not receive an email.
