Watch out, this could be a scam

Pros

I liked some of the people in it but the software just was not a good fit for what I am doing. It is clunky and didn't work well for my needs.

Cons

They forced me into an unsustainable contract and after revising it a few times, we never even launched it. Now they are trying to collect over $10000! The software was clunky and didn't meet any of our needs. It is ridiculous and I am fighting it all the way. Companies like this need to be stopped.

Your go-to place for managing social media

Pros

I absolutely love how Synup lets me manage multiple social media accounts from one place. I can schedule future posts without logging into each account separately. I also really like being able to respond to customer messages directly on the platform. It keeps all my notifications in one spot and lets me reply quickly. I feel like this platform has really reduced the time I used to spend jumping between social media accounts. The reporting options are also visually friendly and now I can track user engagement to see if my posts are actually effective.

Cons

At first I had trouble linking my Yelp account to the platform. I struggled with the permissions for a while and it was a user error on my part. But with Synup's amazing support, I was able to solve it. I reached out with my issues and included screenshots. They replied quickly with step by step instructions to help me integrate Yelp into the platform.

Pure simplicity in design

Pros

The website was easy to use and I had no trouble finding the information I needed. The design made it more user friendly. The info was spot on and I did not need any support, which shows the site works well. Positive reviews made me trust it and I highly recommend Synup overall.

Cons

For businesses using a diverse tech stack, its integration challenges are definitely a downside.

An exceptional tool

Pros

Synup is amazing! It definitely boosted our local brand awareness, which led to more customers and higher sales. It's super easy to use and fits within my budget. We have used it for social media management, review management and listings management. I highly recommend it. I honestly can not imagine not having it now since we use it every day!

Cons

Nothing!! because It's a fabulous tool! If I had to pick one thing, its that we did not start using Synup sooner. The only downside I can think of is that their website can be overwhelming. There is so much information to absorb on many pages but overall, I am extremely impressed. Their team did an amazing job creating this tool!

I can focus on my business because of Synup

Pros

It is great for so many things, like making sure my business is visible across all the right search engines and keeping track of social media and business reviews. It's simple to integrate all our platforms in one place to manage posts and stay on top of trends. Without this tool, staying caught up on everything would be a full time job, maybe more. But with this tool, we can focus more on the business and worry less about managing it all. It's easy to use, fits within our budget and keeps our business visible to the public.

Cons

The biggest downside is that customer support is not always the quickest or easiest to reach but when you do get in touch with them, they are super helpful. I'm hopeful this will improve as they grow and hire a larger tech/customer support team.

Pros

Synup Social really outperforms other social media management tools every time. You will love how intuitive the interface is, how simple the workflow is and the AI assisted content that saves both time and money. Also the reputation management tool is awesome for monitoring, generating and responding to customer reviews, all while measuring customer sentiment, all in one platform.

Cons

The only thing I think is missing from the platform, though we are still in the testing phase, is more customization options to meet specific requirements. Maybe we just have not come across that feature yet.

Perfect for handling enterprise client needs

Pros

Budget-friendly but the interface could be smoother

Pros

I still have clients who use the product and it is inexpensive but provides a lot of value for what it costs. If you need to update business listings, get reviews or use the insights from their reports, it works well. The customer service is also top-notch. When they add new services, they are included in the price.

Cons

The interface feels a bit clunky and many clients struggled with using it.

Watch out, this is a scam

Hands down, the worst software I've used

Pros

There is a small time savings from automating the multi site NAP checking process. The support team is pleasant enough and genuinely seems to care. I speak with them weekly.

Cons

The UI is confusing and hard to navigate. Most of the websites they check have low traffic or DA, which makes updating them a waste of time. It also doesn't automate the update process, which is what we thought Synup did. The file upload feature never worked for me without reaching out to support. It is way too expensive for the value it provides, with a low conversion rate for outreach campaigns. Also the support team gave conflicting advice like they advised against a filtered campaign but then ran one themselves.

Just started but I'm already noticing results

Pros

Setting everything up was super easy. I was able to set up each client, get their listings updated correctly and start review campaigns in just a few hours of work. Plus they have a success coach who makes sure you know exactly how to use the software properly.

Cons

Nothing to report yet but it is only been a few weeks.
