We use their Bizchat feature to connect directly with customers through FB Messenger and Line. Our sales team can easily address important inquiries. This feature along with email integration, supports our business needs and they even helped create a custom chatbot for our workflow which has been really useful.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that custom advanced bots come with an additional cost.

The platform is very user friendly and its automated features make creating email campaigns a simple task. Additionally they offer the bonus of SMS Marketing which is great. Also I like having a dedicated support assistant available via email or phone for any help we need.
Cons
As per me it would be really helpful if they offered a wider selection of images when creating email campaigns especially for clients who do not have their own artwork.
