“Website and support are horrible and web prices are lies
Pros
Cpanel for web hosting is good.
Cons
Horrible. I've been a hosting customer for 10 years. Called them to change to an email only plan, advertised on their website as $1.19 a month for 10 emails. Agent said that was only for new customers, and as a current customer, it would be $18.00 a month. So loyal customers pay 15 times the price that new customers get. I spent 58 minutes on the phone to finally settle on a domain-only plan with my current domain and only one email, then when I try to change it, the website says "ERROR" can't process the change. So now the agent says her "team" will have to do it manually but they're busy, so they'll send me an email whenever it gets done. Also had to ask the agent multiple times to speak more slowly because I couldn't understand the heavy accent. I also can't dowload my emails because the IMAP and POP settings my account settings don't work in Outlook. No idea why. I guess I should call tech support, but I just experienced how that goes and my blood pressure can't take it. When this annual domain plan expires, I'll transfer to another service.

“Unreliable service and poor support
Pros
Honestly there is nothing good about it. Yahoo used to be solid but Turbify is a complete failure.
Cons
It is really difficult to get consistent support. A lot of the helpdesk staff struggle with English and I have had four different times where they couldn't solve my domain issue. Each time they just said someone would follow up but I am still waiting.

“Yahoo's small business email works well for us
Pros
What I find most useful about Yahoo Small Business Mail is that when I'm writing an email and accidentally hit the wrong key, it saves everything in drafts which is very helpful. Plus I can star important messages which makes things way easier for me. And being able to search any word in the search bar is a big win.
Cons
I really do not have any major complaints. It is highly user-friendly. Sometimes there is a delay with notifications but the emails always come through fine. Aside from that no real problems with the app.

“They are thieves
Pros
Nothing! There is not a single thing I like about it. Nothing at all!
Cons
They were not able to send me my domain authorization. As I could not even email my backup address on file. Plus no manager available to talk to, no fallback option and because of all this, my domain ended up expiring.

“It is okay!
Pros
I think Turbify has potential. As it seems to me a decent platform overall.
Cons
Well I have just started using Turbify and so far I'm pretty happy with how it's going.

“Has never ending tech issues
Pros
Well I was a fan of Yahoo Small Business but Turbify feels shady to me. I am not really impressed.
Cons
Nonstop tech and software problems. I could not make changes on the site, update my billing plan or even downgrade because of technical issues. They stuck me on a plan, charged me for it and then told me it could not be fixed online or over the phone. Overall my experience was very frustrating.

“Don't use it!
Pros
There is nothing good to say. I hate that my website got handed off to Turbify from Yahoo Small Business. They messed it up trying to fix things and now I cannot get any proper help since they don't even support WordPress. This has dragged on for over a year. And now they are saying downgrading plans isn't even an option right now and told me to call back later. Like seriously?
Cons
I am ready to ditch this service completely as the only real option seems to be walking away and getting a whole new domain.

“Support was disappointing
Pros
It is simply the worst. There is just nothing we can get resolved with them. No one seems able to help even when they give you a case number. This issue has been dragging out for more than two years now. Feels like we are stuck and can't get out.
Cons
Dealing with Turbify's customer service has been an absolute nightmare. It is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Things have gotten so bad that we are even thinking about taking legal action.

“very unprofessional company
Pros
The only thing I like about it is the WebBuilder tool as it is really easy to use.
Cons
Web Builder fails to publish most of the time. When I reach out all customer service says is that a team is looking into it but it is all a lie. My site has barely worked for nearly six months. So I honestly cannot recommend them to anyone.
