Easy to use and the team is helpful

Pros

Vibe has really added a lot of value to our marketing game. It is easy to navigate and the Klaviyo integration makes things even smoother. Their new Creative Studio has been a huge help too especially for smaller teams like ours trying to create fresh video content for CTV. Plus customer support is simply the best. Working with Molly and Jacob has honestly been a pleasure. Their guidance and suggestions have played a huge role in helping us grow our CTV campaigns successfully.

Cons

There is really nothing we dislike as it has been a great experience overall. That said we'd love to see a couple of features added down the line like integration with our MTA tool and a full breakdown of overall account performance.

Loved working with them

Pros

Setting everything up was so simple and they offer a huge variety of channel options. Also the customer support has been awesome. It's like I cannot say enough good things. This is easily a 5 star level of service.

Cons

Totally happy with this platform. Everything just works great and I honestly don't have a single complaint.

They really know how to treat users

Pros

Since it was our first campaign I was bit totally sure what to expect. But our rep Ahnalies made the whole experience smooth and collaborative. She helped us test different approaches and adjust the settings as we moved forward which really helped us extend our reach and boost revenue.

Cons

In the beginning it was a bit tricky to understand the differences between sessions, page views and how to read our analytics properly. But our rep was highly responsive and helped clear things up whenever we needed guidance.

Fixed my ad problems quickly

Pros

Running a marketing agency, Vibe has been a major upgrade compared to some of the more traditional media we used in the past. While I won't call out other platforms the fact that Vibe lets me track performance in real time and tweak things right away has been a game changer. Also now I feel much more in tune with our clients campaigns now. And my account manager has been amazing to work with too.

Cons

If there is one thing I'd tweak, it is how we select locations. Also it would be amazing to have a radius selection tool like other digital platforms instead of having to enter individual zip codes especially in densely populated areas where there are lots of them.

Perfect for SMB ad needs

Pros

Getting the Hard Bottoms Flooring campaign up and running was quick and making adjustments along the way was stress free because Vibe genuinely cares about client success. Plus the team on our project stayed involved throughout. They really understand what our clients are aiming for and the hurdles they deal with trying to compete with big-name retailers. We are seeing real progress with a $15.15 CPM. So big shoutout to Vibe for making that happen.

Cons

I have not found anything negative so far. From my agency's perspective Vibe offers a lot of value for the money we are spending.
