“Fair pricing”

Pros

Getting started with it is pretty simple, adding media is easy, managing the system doesn't take much effort and overall it feels close to plug-and-play. It's also reasonably priced and offers strong value for the money.

Cons

There are still a few features missing if you want to use it as a bulletin board rather than only for advertising and adding those would make ViewNeo much more useful. The system can also be a bit slow at times and I've had it freeze on occasion which may be related to using an older stick version.

“Affordable tool with clean design”

Pros

The interface is really simple and user-friendly and it includes pretty much everything needed for solid digital signage management at a very affordable price.

Cons

A few quality-of-life features still feel missing and it would be even better if files could be overwritten or updated directly instead of having to replace them manually.

“Prompt support”

Pros

Found it userfriendly especially since it works a lot like other advertising software our company has used before. The instructions included in the box were clear and simple to follow. When we hit a problem with the license code, customer support got back to us almost right away and had it resolved in less than 24 hours.

Cons

There really are not any major downsides to mention. Overall, my experience has been positive. The only confusion at first was figuring out how to connect it to our TV. We originally assumed it worked wirelessly but then realized it needs to be connected with an HDMI cable and also plugged into the power supply rather than just charged. Once we sorted that out, it was very simple to use.
