Pros

Webmaxy offers valuable insights into user data and their interactions with the target application which helps us make more informed decisions and boosts overall retention rates.

Cons

It does not support web applications built with JavaScript which is a little frustrating. Plus it only works with specific platforms like WordPress and Joomla. This limitation makes me feel restricted.

Pros

The customer service is fantastic. As whenever we need help, it is always quick and easy.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that it can get a bit laggy and slow at times but other than that it's a great software to use.

Solid software for data analysis

Pros

It brings all the data and connections together allowing us to spot issues and opportunities that we might have otherwise missed. This is something that significantly improves the customer experience and provides meaningful insights.

Cons

It is still not very established in the market. And the way it integrates with cloud services and other data platforms is not clear and the pricing has not been set yet. On top of that I noticed the support system still needs a lot of improvement.
