“great workflow builder but lacks tutorials
Pros
I really like how the contact database is organized, how easy it is to build segments and how simple it is to send emails to specific groups. creating emails is simple too and I love the visual workflow builder for setting up nurturing campaigns.
Cons
I'd love to see quick-access tutorials embedded directly in each section of the tool, since setting up smart automation from scratch can be challenging without examples or templates. I also have concerns about whether conditional forms are properly building our database. In fact, we would have gladly paid for consulting support to ensure everything was configured correctly from the start.

Pros
I have been using webmecanik for several years now and what stands out most is its contact management and email-sending capabilities. Also the platform makes it really easy to organize leads and create segments so you can launch targeted, effective email campaigns in just a few clicks. The automation tools are also smooth and save a lot of time.
Cons
If there is one area that could use improvement, it's the stats reports. They work but they could be more detailed to give a clearer picture of how campaigns are performing. The logic is not always easy to grasp and the way results are displayed is not very user friendly.

Pros
Webmecanik Automation is a highly useful tool for businesses and professionals. It is excellent overall as it helps us manage workflows, handle daily purchasing tasks and improve how we manage customer relationships.
Cons
The free trial is pretty limited time-wise and there are some security concerns with it that make me hesitant.
