WhatConverts ensures your data stays front and center

Pros

I have been able to integrate it with almost everything, and my clients absolutely love it and it gets them more involved too. Honestly, it's made many of my client relationships a lot smoother.

Cons

It was a little tricky to figure out the reports at first, but after a few weeks it started to make a lot more sense.

Good platform with good support

Pros

It's super user-friendly, has great customer support and the pricing surely makes sense for the features it includes.

Cons

I think billing system could be better, even though it's been updated recently, it's still better than it used to be.

perfect for running a good business

Pros

I don't even know where to start!!! WhatConverts nails it on every level, From how easy it is to use to the awesome customer support. The software is super user-friendly, and setting it up was a breeze. But if you do need help, the support team is quick and super helpful.

Cons

No software is perfect but this one really comes as close to perfect as I've seen.

WhatConverts revolutionizes lead management

Pros

The tools on the this platform are unlike anything I have used before. The lead reporting is detailed like the location, landing page, device and call recording. The JavaScript code is light and doesn't hurt site performance or SEO. We enjoy testing the features and fitting them into different setups.

Cons

The only small annoyance I have is that I can only link one email per agency account. It's not a dealbreaker but still a little frustrating. We would like to invest in more agency dashboards but the current email restriction limits white label setups to just one. That keeps anyone else from using it outside our company and could be a hurdle for future clients.

Fantastic call tracking features

Pros

I'm a fan of the integration options and I also like that they offer local numbers. Plus the support team is great! quick to respond, super easy to reach and really friendly.

Cons

It doesn't support WhatsApp Business for tracking conversations, which was a bit of a letdown according to me.

Amazing tool for tracking conversions

Pros

It tracks everything like calls, texts and form submissions and in the dashboard, we tag which ones are actual conversions. I mean what's the point of tracking calls if they don't turn into real business? Now we have got solid, accurate metrics. It also integrates with Google Ads so I can push actual conversions and not just any call or form submission, back into Google Analytics. That means I can confidently set my Ads campaign to "optimize for conversions." And the customer service? Absolutely top notch. When I first signed up I was midway through setup and a live chat agent popped up asking if I needed help. Within 15 minutes they had all my phone numbers and website forms live and tracking leads. Every time I have had a question since then, they have either helped me instantly on live chat or responded fast over email.

Cons

I have one small complaint that it does not remember me when I log in. But honestly, that just shows how little I have to complain about when it comes to the software itself. That said, I do have a feature request. I would love the option to add another label for leads we are turning down, not as rejects or spam. Some of them are actually solid leads but the client's just being extra picky and not taking them right now. Calling them �good leads� doesn't feel accurate but �rejects� isn't fair either.

Fully recommended

Pros

We have been using WhatConverts for our own accounts and our clients. The data and insights are solid and help shape our marketing plans. The WordPress integration was smooth and easy. And their customer service has been fantastic from day one. Highly recommend!

Cons

Right now, I honestly have no complaints at all about it.

It doesn't work right

Pros

It delivers exactly what it promises and the dashboard is really easy to find your way around.

Cons

Spoken to the sales team several times, but the software still struggles to properly track conversions and the traffic sources or keywords tied to leads.

Excellent customer service

Pros

The software itself is pretty slick but what really stands out is the amazing customer service that comes with it. Someone else actually bought and set it up so I didn't know much about it going in. The support team was incredibly patient, super quick to respond and gave really detailed answers. They went above and beyond to solve whatever issue I had.

Cons

I don't have any negative feedback on this at the moment.

Excellent software & support

Pros

Super easy to navigate it. I never struggle to find what I'm looking for and the detailed insights really help me spot trends I might have missed before.

Cons

I wish I could get more detailed info on conversion costs. It would be great if it could link with Google Ads or Bing. Clients ask what they paid for a conversion in a given week and having all that info in one place would be a big win.

Reliable software with strong support

Pros

I'm constantly discovering new ways to track attributions and the more I learn, the more powerful this tool becomes. It truly lets me track everything I need to capture full attribution, which is absolutely essential in my industry. Their customer support is top notch. The team is incredibly skilled with the software and responds lightning fast. Honestly, it's the best support I've ever experienced.

Cons

The amazing support team is a must with this software. It's really powerful but can be a bit tricky to get used to. Still all the features and support totally make it worth learning.
