A game changer for Google search and display ads

Pros

This tool makes it a lot easier to run the Google Search and Display ads. They do this full-time so they know a lot of tricks by which you can save and maximize your conversions.

Cons

They don't really know much outside Google Search and Display. They wouldn't be of great help if you seek them for problems related to video, shopping or app ads etc.

Great for different campaigns

Pros

It has a professional reporting format. I can simply download the PDF and send it to the client without having to create my own reporting format from scratch. It is easy to use. This tool helps us simplify the complexity of AdWords and Facebook in a one powerhouse simple performance driven tool. It also gives recommendations or suggestions to your campaigns.

Cons

They need to add more metrics to their reporting, which I believe is possible and doable.

An incredible tool with a dedicated team behind it

Pros

I've been using this tool for about 3 years now. Their team is amazing, and they are the experts in the field. They always keep customers first, and I do get the feeling that they really care about my success. They keep on adding many useful and amazing features to the product. Their team is friendly, helpful and full of solutions that help you grow your business. It saves a lot of my time, and we're able to optimize all our client's ad accounts in just minutes. I highly recommend this tool.

Cons

It would be great to see more bidding suggestions in the 20-minute work week.

Very bad experience

Pros

I'm not very happy with this software.

Cons

This tool is a total nightmare! The support is horrible. Each time I call them, they hand my case over to a new person and I have to explain everything from the start to that person. All the time that you spend trying to get things right is going to be wasted at the end. They don't do a thing to help our business in any way.

Interface could be better

Pros

There isn't any difference that you'll find between this tool and Google's own AdWords app.

Cons

It is not easy to understand and get your hands on. It took me two hours just to navigate through and create a new campaign. There aren't any available tutorials to guide you on how things work. I didn't see any value in this software. It did nothing but waste my time.

The 20-minute work week keeps my campaigns on point

Pros

The 20-minute work week is great and keeps my campaigns fresh. The dashboard is pretty easy to navigate through. I have to go through a call with my consultant every other week so that I know that we're headed in the right direction and using it properly.

Cons

The tool is quite expensive. We also pay an extra amount just for the consulting, but now have decided to downgrade and use their dashboard only.

It could be improved

Pros

The account insight is presented quite well and adds knowledge as well. Also, I think they have great features like the option to see your competitors' ads. It has a way to easily edit ads in bulk.

Cons

I feel the suggestions are generated automatically and aren't accurate enough. Their suggestions about optimization aren't any better than Google Ads.

Pros

This tool is both affordable and user-friendly. One of its standout features is the 20-minute work week module, which offers great suggestions for improving ads while cutting costs. Cons

I often notice that social ads tend to glitch or get interrupted whenever there are changes made to the social media platform.

Need a lot of upgrades!!

Pros

I feel it has the potential to do better.

Cons

They only create invoices. They want their customers to succeed and all but won't do anything to make their tool better in that regard. Plus, I had no idea that I signed a 6-month contract and wanted the money back, but all they said was that it isn't possible. The tech support is scripted, and they do not know anything at all.

Transforming social media marketing for small businesses

Pros

Our organization helps smaller businesses learn how to market. So, we went through many marketing companies just to find the right tool that helps people with their social media buying and paid advertising. When we found Wordstream, everything changed. This tool is helping them a lot with their social media marketing. They are also getting to learn a lot in the process.

Cons

There are a few costs that are bit high for us, but in comparison to its competitors, I'd say its fair price.
