“Be careful: They act like they own you!

Pros

I keep getting bombarded with emails, calls and texts even after I asked to be removed from their lists. No matter how many times I unsubscribe, it just keeps happening. It's driving me crazy... and I'm sure it willl drive you nuts too. Consider yourself warned.

Cons

I have asked politely to stop being contacted but they just keep harassing me. It doesn't seem like they care at all.

Pros

Like with any leads, some are bad, some need time and some are ready to go. I like the prospect leads. If you follow up consistently, set up drip campaigns and focus on the ones showing interest, you'll definitely find someone who could use your help.

Cons

Some leads claim they never filled anything out online or that they feel deceived in some way which is frustrating.

Their support is excellent. They respond quickly and are willing to replace leads that turn out to be bad info.

It's a bit expensive but definitely worth it. As a professional virtual assistant with over 15 years of experience in real estate, I can confidently say that zBuyer stands out. I also want to highlight our representative for her exceptional customer support. Even when I was frustrated, she remained patient and dedicated to assisting my client. I sincerely hope she gets promoted soon!

I've had great success with zBuyer. In the past year I've been able to convert both buyer and seller leads and customer service has been top notch. I have directly converted about six transactions thanks to zBuyer.

Sometimes the leads are old and outdated which can be a bit of a letdown.

I enjoy the challenge of converting a lead. Some of these leads were older (one dating back to 10/2021) but I managed to close three listings and sales this month thanks to zBuyer.

I wish everyone was both a buyer and a seller but that's just not the case every time.

The customer service is fantastic. The system is easy to use and the leads are solid. One of the best features is that the leads can be replaced if needed. I also love the Facebook mastermind group!

Stay away from them. Signing up is easy but canceling is a nightmare.

The lead quality wasn't great. They told me that if I canceled, I would lose access to the leads. So, I canceled right after they said that.

I really appreciate that the leads can be replaced, and honestly, the customer service is amazing. This is the first time I have felt like Im working with a team, not just a company trying to make a quick buck.

At first I didn't use a CRM or the guides and resources to capitalize on the leads. That's something I learned along the way.

Zbuyer provides a lot of leads at a reasonable price, which is great for growing your business.

Cons

The quality of the leads is often terrible. People are angry and claim they never signed up for calls even though it insists on their double opt-in process. Plus the leads are shared with others, which it is upfront about.

The leads I get from Zbuyer fit well with my way of generating leads. I've tried other services, but I always come back to it. I'm sticking with them for the long run.

Honestly I don't have any complaints. It fits my needs well. Maybe a few more leads with emails would be great.

I love how consistent the leads are. I know they are always working for me because the leads just keep showing up in my account.

Signing up is super easy and you get a lot of leads for a consistent price. I've stopped using all other subscription-based lead services. I love how I can talk directly to the owner and she makes changes based on what works and what doesn't. If leads slow down, adjustments are made to improve the system.

Cons

I like everything. The price is affordable and it's rare I have to fight another agent for a shared lead. Im really happy with the service.
