Pros

The site and software were very simple to use and the photos and written descriptions gave me enough detail to take part in the auction confidently. The pricing and payment process also worked flawlessly without any issues.

Cons

It would be even better if auctioneers were encouraged to include more multimedia, such as videos. That would make it easier to get a clearer understanding of the items being auctioned.

Pros

I really appreciate the automatic notice sent to bidders when someone tops their offer. It keeps the competitive energy going even when everyone is not physically there in person.

Cons

Sometimes youll have to revise a description or upload another photo but once a bid has been placed, no changes can be made. I understand why that restriction exists, though it would still be helpful to have that flexibility now and then.

The setup felt simple because the interface is clean and adaptive even for people who are completely new to online auctions. There are plenty of customization features so auctions can be tailored to fit specific needs without much trouble. I also appreciate that it works with several secure payment options that helps protect financial information and keeps transactions running reliably. Another strong point is the variety of auction formats it supports, including silent auctions, standard auctions and Dutch auctions so there's a lot of flexibility depending on the type of event being run.

Cons

Getting assistance from customer support can be difficult when problems come up on the platform. Although it connects with multiple secure payment methods, it still may not include every option some users would rather use. It also applies fees for certain services, including its payment processing system and those extra charges can build up over time and make the platform more costly than some alternatives.

“donor features are appreciable”

I really appreciate how donors can be highlighted right on the landing page and within the product itself, including the option to link to the donor's website. I also got an email today letting me know they now support passing card transaction fees on to the buyer that was actually something I had reached out to request. ALso, the pricing is very competitive.

Cons

There were extra charges to remove ads, upload additional pictures, add more donors per item and increase the number of items. Since pricing is based on quantity tiers, if you have 105 items, you have to pay for the 100-200 item bracket.

So far, i had a really positive experience because it's adaptive, affordable and offers strong value for the money. The homepage and bidding pages can be customized in a way that feels engaging and helps pull users in. We were also able to connect it to our church's virtual payment system that helped us avoid additional processing fees.

Cons

Looking ahead to next year, we're hoping to move into a live auction format. From what we can tell, the system appears to be designed to handle virtual auctions first and then transition into live auctions afterward. We'd prefer to run that process in the opposite order so we'll need to see whether it can support that well enough.

Im able to put together an auction easily cause it is that simple. Everything goes smoothly without much hassle.

A frustrating limitation is that there's no option to correct mistakes or remove an auction item even when the auction hasn't started yet.

One thing we really need is a simple way to match donors with the bidders who win their items and this software just doesn't support that. Instead, you're forced into a workaround that's awkward and hard to manage.

When we needed a silent auction platform to give this program more visibility, this one delivered exactly that. In 2019, our earnings tripled because people could sign in, place bids and pay for their items without any hassle. The premium features were also reasonably priced and absolutely worth the cost.

It's been huge win for our nonprofit art organization. We've relied on it three times over the past two years and it has completely transformed our auction fundraisers by helping us double our revenue. The platform is simple to navigate, our gala attendees pick it up quickly and they absolutely love using it. It has truly made a big difference in our fundraising efforts.

Cons

The visual design of the pages need improvement. Even then, that feels a bit like nitpicking because overall it has been fantastic for us and has consistently delivered really strong results.

The feature set has been excellent. The remote bidding options work really well for buyers and administrators have a simple way to post auction items and track exactly who has placed bids on them.

Fees they charge is a big con for us. I'd also like the card payment process to be more simple.

Wasn't a lot that stood out but people were able to connect without any trouble. It also printed our auction sheets well and entering everything into the system was pretty simple.

Cons

Biggest frustration was not being told upfront about the extra fees on top of the credit card processing charges. Then when the auction was closing out, we realized the PayPal account had never been fully completed that meant we couldn't process any payments at all. We had to rush and set up Stripe instead and that ended up costing more than PayPal while also taking longer for the money to reach our bank account.
