smooth online auction bidding

Pros

The site and software were very simple to use and the photos and written descriptions gave me enough detail to take part in the auction confidently. The pricing and payment process also worked flawlessly without any issues.

Cons

It would be even better if auctioneers were encouraged to include more multimedia, such as videos. That would make it easier to get a clearer understanding of the items being auctioned.

Pros

I really appreciate the automatic notice sent to bidders when someone tops their offer. It keeps the competitive energy going even when everyone is not physically there in person.

Cons

Sometimes youll have to revise a description or upload another photo but once a bid has been placed, no changes can be made. I understand why that restriction exists, though it would still be helpful to have that flexibility now and then.
