This feature simplifies auction management and makes the fundraising experience easy and accessible across multiple locations.
How Much Does BiddingForGood Cost?
The BiddingForGood cost starts at $249/year for the Pro plan. Its Pro Plus plan is priced at $1,995/year for organizations needing more advanced fundraising capabilities.
In addition to the base subscription costs, organizations should account for the following potential expenses:

- Email Support: Approximately $495 per event
- Implementation And Setup: Estimated $500–$5,000, depending on auction complexity and branding requirements

- Custom Integrations And Advanced Configuration: Estimated $2,000–$10,000, depending on CRM, payment gateway, or donor management integration requirements
User reviews generally describe BiddingForGood's pricing as difficult to justify, particularly for smaller nonprofits. “Poor support!”
Pros
The peer-to-peer platform was decent in some ways but it still came with a number of problems. The platform lists image specifications for artwork you can upload to your homepage, yet those guidelines are inaccurate. And due to that,, it takes multiple attempts with different file sizes before something finally works. This has been an issue for years and it still hasn't been fixed.
Cons
Customer service and technical support were extremely disappointing that also matches what others have reported. The software is packed with glitches and bugs that still haven't been properly addressed. One bug caused several of our donors to be overcharged and it took weeks to sort out then nearly a year before the issue was actually fixed. We also ran into several other inconsistencies. During our auction, the opening bid amount would sometimes calculate correctly and other times it wouldn't. A number of the custom reports available after the auction failed completely, including the disbursement report that should show payout amounts and dates for our organization. Plus the platform fees are very high and many of our donors were unhappy about being charged extra fees in addition to their donations.

“Online bidding tools work well”
Pros
Sending donor thank you messages is easy and the reporting is also good. The platform is simple to navigate overall. Checkout is convenient and the online-to-bid-sheet functionality works really well.
Cons
The shipping label feature is pretty useless for us, tech support hasn't been very helpful. And the knowledge base needs clearer and more detailed instructions.

“unauthorized renewal charge”
Pros
The site itself was decent and handled the basics. For $950 for one year of service, it performed about how I expected but there was nothing particularly impressive about it.
Cons
The biggest problem was being billed another $950 for a second year even though we had clearly agreed to a one-year contract only. They claimed they had contacted us 60 and 45 days in advance but that simply is not true because there were no messages at all in any of the listed inboxes tied to our point-of-contact email.
