The program is pretty easy to use and find our way around. Overall it is user friendly and you can understand how it works without needing special lessons.

I have not come across anything I dislike so far.

All your tools are in one place such as board member info, donor records, event planning, ticket sales, auctions, thank-you notes and communications. It is something that make this tool the best!

There could be a bit more freedom when designing pages. For instance, there is no clear way to show both ticket choices and different sponsorship tiers on one page. I feel like it would also be great to get a discount or refund based on how many donors choose to cover the processing fees themselves.

Moving between the various features and getting any type of campaign ready is very simple.

To be honest there are no downsides. Every part of it is super amazing.

It is great that there is a free version available for smaller non-profits. Plus I like that adding new donations and notes is also very quick and easy.

From the admin area, when I click on an event, I'd prefer to see the transactions just for that event, instead of going to the public event page or having to look at all transactions and filter them.

Givebutter is outstanding, putting together campaigns is simple and sharing them is easy too. Plus you can change the images and the progress thermometer lets donors watch the campaign grow.

It would be great to be able to add custom images or text to each person's personal fundraising page that is part of the main campaign.

It is easy for everyone to use both for the people making donations and for the team creating the fundraising page.

A few adjustments on the backend had to be made by the GB support team but the best part is that the team did it quickly. Overall they were easy to reach and helpful.

The best part is how simple it is to use. I can easily share information with the Board during our monthly meetings using the reports the site creates.

Entering data for churches is awkward. I have to split the church's name into First and Last name fields. I also wish I could add both a husband's and wife's first names for a couple.

I want to see every transaction that makes up a payout. For example if a campaign has $100 ready to withdraw, I want a list showing which donations add up to that total.

The platform is fairly easy to use and I love being able to show the live event feed. Also it manage auctions and add everything directly to our website which is awesome too.

I noticed that the live feed does not have many options to change how it looks and the formatting is a bit limited too.

Givebutter has been an amazing platform for our fundraising. Switching over was easy too and the interface is super user-friendly. Their tutorial guides helped us get started quickly and customer service has always been quick to reply and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall it is a perfect all in one fundraising tool and our experience has been completely smooth.

We waited too long to start using it. I mean we wasted extra time and effort on less user-friendly platforms which meant slower donor response and more manual tasks. Our move to this tool would have been much easier if we had switched earlier, avoiding holdups in getting our campaigns running smoothly.

I love how easy it is to use and how detailed each donor's profile page is. In the past our group always had trouble keeping donor information organized but now with one central place and a clear, simple layout, it is easy to keep everything current.

Well I was really looking forward to using the reports tool but it is part of the paid Pro plan. This was not clear when I signed up and it's been frustrating because I still have to use my old spreadsheets instead of having everything in one place.

I like how it helps non-profits fundraise in many different ways. Plus having the choice to pass the fees to donors or cover them ourselves is really helpful. Creating events and campaigns is also very simple.

Well I'll like more control over a few things. For example being able to customize campaign pages more such as making our logo larger, moving items around and using our brand's exact colors and fonts. Also using larger photos for the auction and other sections.

It is easy to set up and run a fundraising campaign on this site. Overall this makes it simple for my health center to raise money for our events.

Having to pay extra for the more useful features feels a bit restrictive especially with our limited budget.

Its simple for both our team and the people donating and I also love the one stop shop concept. We can choose anything from a basic form to a full-scale event. The tools for engaging supporters are also excellent.

There are a few restrictions with sending automatic receipts to donors and with in-person payment options.
