It made creating and sending our annual donation summary letters very simple.
Cons
When I add a contact, it requires a first and last name. This does not work well for our donors that are churches or businesses.

“easy with the right tech level”
Pros
It is easy to use and has just the right level of tech for our Parent Teacher Organization. We are run entirely by volunteers but we still raise a significant amount through various methods like peer-to-peer, donation pages and auctions. Overall its tools fit all those needs and it is simple to manage as an admin and easy for donors to use. Their pricing model is also fantastic for our group.

“offers wide range of useful features”
Pros
The best things to me are how easy it is to use, its wide range of features, regular updates, helpful support, low costs, support for almost every payment method and many software connection options.
Cons
These are not really problems for our group but I believe it is perfect for small teams and small to medium fundraising campaigns under $1M. For bigger fundraising efforts, you might use it to support your main activities but its real strength is in handling online donations, auctions and other tasks that don't need highly specialized software.
