“Simple to use on wordpress”
Pros
It is easy to get started with and add to a Wordpress site so donors stay on your page. Also you can set fundraising goals and have teams compete in campaigns. They also let you ask donors to cover the processing fee making it clear that otherwise a portion of their gift goes to fees. Because of this, about 90% of our donors choose to cover the cost. It connects with Stripe too so pulling transaction reports is very easy for us.
Cons
The automatic thank you letter feature could be better but all the other tools are so easy to use that it's not a major problem for us. It just means this platform won't take the place of our current donor software for tracking and sending acknowledgments.

“Easy to use fundraising platform”
Pros
Givebutter is an easy to use fundraising platform as adding widgets to our website is simple and it makes everything look professional. Their email tool is also very easy to use!
Cons
Setting up Little Green Light and Givebutter through Zapier was not easy without tech experience. I needed help from a volunteer to do it. There are still occasional sync issues and updates in LGL don't go back to the tool which is annoying.

Pros
Being able to set up fundraising events and manage all our contacts in one single place makes everything so much simpler!
Cons
For now I cannot think of much. One small improvement would be in the email section. Also it would be great to automatically send a follow-up email to people who did not open the first one after a set period.

It is very user-friendly and it is free. Our non-profit was paying for another system that was much harder and more confusing than Givebutter. But the forms this tool create are great, with many payment options. Overall it is just an excellent service.
Cons
I like absolutely everything about it. So I would not change a single thing.

Pros
Givebutter is an easy to use, clean platform, it brings together many donor management tools in one place. The best part to me is that they really listen. We have had calls where they took our suggestions and used them to improve the product. I mean they want you to have what you need and their customer service is unlike anything I have ever seen.
Cons
Our only small regret is switching right when they introduced the paid Plus tier. But Plus is so helpful and affordable it's not really an issue now.

Pros
This program is so easy for anyone to use and lets us get creative when promoting our events. It also perfectly connects all the parts of fundraising such as communication, marketing, auctions, creating events and collecting data. It is also excellent for handling donations right when they happen. We use a different system for our main donor database which is not nearly as good at the actual fundraising mechanics.
Cons
Comparing this to another company, I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike!
