“accessible platform”
Pros
From the customer service to the account management the experience has been excellent. The platform is accessible, easy to use and the team has consistently made sure our event requirements are fully covered. We've relied on the silent auction features for several years and more recently we used the ticketing system and online check in which worked flawlessly. We'll absolutely be using it again!
Cons
For now we haven't come across anything to dislike.
