Great fundraising setup

Pros

Running our fundraising event with this software has been easy and quite manageable! The customer support has been outstanding and consistently very quick to respond which I really appreciate. Getting everything set up in the beginning was also fairly simple for my team.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is the ability to collect more guest information when attendees claim their tickets.

amazing for event check ins

Pros

During our event this platform was amazing to use! The check in process was very simple and my team really enjoyed working with the platform.

Cons

The backend was a little hard to figure out. We're still learning how the system works and it took some time to figure everything out. Our event still ran smoothly in the end but it definitely feels like there's a lot more for us to learn.
