“Modular system for building histories
Pros
The system is modular which means I can pick the components I need and build comprehensive donor histories over time.
Cons
Some of the screens feel overly spaced and a little unmanageable. I think they could be tightened up and made more streamlined.

Pros
We were looking for a donor management tool that offered more than a mere spreadsheet. After digging into different options, we concluded LGL checked off every requirement we had and then some more all at a price that made sense.
Cons
I cannot think of any drawbacks. We are extremely pleased with it.

“great for detailed fundraising records
Pros
Little Green Light is easy to use and helps me keep detailed records of fundraising efforts, donations received and our constituent information. I also like being able to build mailing lists, send emails and automatically produce thank you letters whenever our organization gets a donation.
Cons
it feels somewhat dated in appearance and I wish it had a more modern, visually appealing interface compared to other CRMs.

Pros
I found it pretty easy to set up, simple to operate and it supports multiple user access levels.
Cons
One downside I ran into is that it lacks a built-in, simple accounting module, so I had to buy and connect a separate accounting solution.
