“team communication has been fantastic”
Pros
Since I started using Yapla running the business has felt much more manageable. What has helped me the most is how much better communication has become across my team and I've really noticed a positive difference in how we work together.
Cons
At this point I honestly don't have any complaints about Yapla.

“time-saving boost for our team”
Pros
This app has helped us save a lot of time and money which has made a real difference for our team. Because of that I can now focus much more on responding to our members service needs instead of getting stuck on administrative tasks.
Cons
One thing I did notice is that some of the automated forms we used to have in our previous app are not available here and I do miss having those options.

“Membership and accounting all in one”
Pros
I'd absolutely recommend Yapla to organizations that need to handle events, memberships and accounting in one place. What stood out to me right away was how much more polished and modern the front-end feels compared to other platforms I've looked at. From my experience, membership management and payment processing work really well and the accounting records stay accurate and in sync which saves me a lot of manual follow-up. I also like that API integrations with other organizations are available, even though they come at an extra cost. Another thing I've found really valuable is the way website content can connect with email campaigns because it helps me keep communications organized and consistent.
Cons
What has been frustrating for me is the pricing structure around licenses. Since Yapla limits access to one user per license and doesn't automatically log users out after inactivity, I feel pushed into buying extra licenses sooner than I should have to. On top of that, the transaction fees are quite high percentage-wise and we've actually had to adjust our membership pricing just to absorb those costs. Something else that has disappointed me is the delay around promised new features. For more than a year, I've been hearing that additional functionality is coming but none of it has been released yet and I still haven't seen a clear timeline for when those updates will actually happen.

“helpful tools for our organization”
Pros
What I appreciate most about Yapla is that it brings together practically everything we need to run our organization in one place. I can manage our website, memberships, event registrations, online payments, automatically generated communications and receipts, plus newsletters, surveys and forms without having to jump between different platforms. From my experience having all of those functions under one system has made things much more organized and convenient for us.
Cons
the payment processing side is a bit limited when it comes to the types of refunds that can be handled. I also feel the platform can seem overwhelming at first especially for new users because there are so many features packed into it. In my case, that also means some of the functionality can go underused simply because it takes time to learn how to take full advantage of everything available.

“all-in-one platform!”
Pros
Yapla lets our customers handle members and relationships, events, donations, websites and communications all in one place. I've found it to be a very capable solution for both small and large nonprofit organizations and it fits into almost any workflow we come across. Another big plus for me is that the platform stays current and our customers don't have to worry about paying extra for maintenance.
Cons
The main thing still missing is that the CRM could use a few more features to make the product feel completely complete. That said I know those updates are already on the way soon.
