Since Yapla limits access to one user per license and doesn't automatically log users out after inactivity, I feel pushed into buying extra licenses sooner than I should have to. On top of that, the transaction fees are quite high percentage-wise and we've actually had to adjust our membership pricing just to absorb those costs. Something else that has disappointed me is the delay around promised new features. For more than a year, I've been hearing that additional functionality is coming but none of it has been released yet and I still haven't seen a clear timeline for when those updates will actually happen.

The main thing still missing is that the CRM could use a few more features to make the product feel completely complete. That said I know those updates are already on the way soon.
