“team communication has been fantastic”

Pros

Since I started using Yapla running the business has felt much more manageable. What has helped me the most is how much better communication has become across my team and I've really noticed a positive difference in how we work together.

“time-saving boost for our team”

Pros

This app has helped us save a lot of time and money which has made a real difference for our team. Because of that I can now focus much more on responding to our members service needs instead of getting stuck on administrative tasks.

Cons

One thing I did notice is that some of the automated forms we used to have in our previous app are not available here and I do miss having those options.

“Membership and accounting all in one”

Pros

I'd absolutely recommend Yapla to organizations that need to handle events, memberships and accounting in one place. What stood out to me right away was how much more polished and modern the front-end feels compared to other platforms I've looked at. From my experience, membership management and payment processing work really well and the accounting records stay accurate and in sync which saves me a lot of manual follow-up. I also like that API integrations with other organizations are available, even though they come at an extra cost. Another thing I've found really valuable is the way website content can connect with email campaigns because it helps me keep communications organized and consistent.

Cons

What has been frustrating for me is the pricing structure around licenses. Since Yapla limits access to one user per license and doesn't automatically log users out after inactivity, I feel pushed into buying extra licenses sooner than I should have to. On top of that, the transaction fees are quite high percentage-wise and we've actually had to adjust our membership pricing just to absorb those costs. Something else that has disappointed me is the delay around promised new features. For more than a year, I've been hearing that additional functionality is coming but none of it has been released yet and I still haven't seen a clear timeline for when those updates will actually happen.
