Simple time monitoring

Pros

It's simple to monitor the time I spend on each job throughout the day. This helps the accounting group track the expense of every task.

Cons

If I log time on the wrong date, there's no way to just move it. I have to remove the entry and create a new one on the right day.

Great Azure integration!

Pros

When you start typing in your hours on the calendar it automatically suggests tasks from Azure. It fits perfectly into the Azure setup making the link between tasks and logged hours smooth. You can also add time in several ways either directly on the main calendar screen or right on the task card.

Cons

Occasionally it's hard to remember exactly what I worked on on a specific day. But this might just be my own issue not a problem with the tracker itself.

simple with good ADO integration

Pros

The program is very simple to operate. We have it connected to Microsoft ADO to track time on our Scrum cards but it can also be used by itself to log meetings and time off.

Cons

The program works very well. I think we might not be using all it can do and could benefit from a solid walkthrough for both regular users and managers.

easyy linking with good personalization

Pros

Linking it up is very simple, as you just need to turn on the extension from the Azure marketplace. This app allows for a lot of needed personalization on the support boards.

Cons

It's a very helpful program. They also offer a free version for individual users.

Great task integration and upgrades

Pros

We first installed this tool on our own servers five years ago, linked with TFS 2013. Since then, we've done many upgrades for both TFS and the timetracker moving to Azure DevOps and the cloud version. Every setup and update was quick and simple and we kept all our old records. The task integration specifically makes it very easy to roll out and get a development team to adopt.

Cons

For analyzing time logs I still usually prefer to download the data to Excel. It would be great to have more powerful reporting tools in future updates like custom table summaries.

good linking and simple logging

Pros

The option to link with other programs and the simplicity of logging hours against tasks. You can also pull out time data for external summaries and billing.

Cons

When we first started you couldn't copy over tasks from the prior week. We were told this function was coming but we haven't seen it yet.

effortless setup with amazing support

Pros

Getting started was easy. Using it is easy. The help desk is absolutely amazing. Every time I've had a question about the product or its API (we've built some automated processes using it) they've gotten back to me very quickly.

Cons

I feel a few features are still absent to make it a complete solution for all time logging. For example a better timesheet screen with time blocks and a stronger way to record billable hours.
