Pros

Creating a single activity provides all the necessary information for cost per acre, total cost, nitrogen usage, hours worked and submissions to the county. Its the only crop software I rely on.

Cons

I don't have any dislikes. Whenever I encounter an issue, the customer support team is always available and they resolve the problem every time. They listen to my suggestions and have even implemented some of my ideas.

Agworld is an exceptional application for efficient and profitable farm management whether you have one entity or multiple entities. The ability to ensure timely completion of jobs and access past job records sets this application apart from the rest.

My only complaint is that more organizations haven't had the experience of being on this platform. This application is phenomenal and every company involved in agriculture should utilize it.

I really like the simplicity of looking up labels and SDS as well as the high accuracy of the mapping feature. It seamlessly integrates with my farm planning, allowing me to track planned expenses versus actual expenses with a simple click on any of my fields. The report function greatly aids my pesticide application logs, making it super easy to use for WSDA compliance.

Cons

Some of the tasks I perform daily in our hop fields aren't included in the activities section, making it a bit difficult to keep track of them. It would be better if the software catered to Consultantsmore efficiently since some of them are hesitant to use it due to the need for double-checking recommendations with outdated labels. Additionally, I would prefer the ability to input irrigation quantities and moisture reports for performance comparisons to determine the most effective irrigation methods. The way I spray is sometimes difficult to input accurately due to the wide row spacing in hops, which doesn't reflect accurately on work orders.

Its easy to use for farm planning systems and the mobile app provides great access in the field. The customer support is always reliable.

The only negative thing is that I wish I had known about it years ago. This is an outstanding tool. Everyone needs AgWorld!

The syncing process and its slow speed can be quite frustrating at times. Additionally, software updates and the time it takes to process or improve requested features can be a bit lengthy.

Having the ability to communicate with all my supervisors simultaneously and track their daily activities is incredibly convenient. The time saved by being able to print monthly reports for management ranches is invaluable. The support provided is exceptional.

I'm unable to add inputs to the list myself, such as chemicals. Moreover, I can't select the wording that aligns with my specific operations under the operations tab.

Interacting with PCA and growers on a daily basis allows for effective budgeting for the upcoming crop year. The customer service is outstanding, and accessing data is just a click away.

There is a slight learning curve involved. Irrigation tracking is missing, and some administrative aspects can be challenging to understand. I would appreciate more "generic" reports, and there's a need for better crop sales reconciliation.

The best features of the product is record keeping capacity. It allows digitizing actuals and accessing them from multiple devices and locations.

Some functions make it difficult to link data between operations, paddocks and seasons. For example, when a grower divides a paddock, it's disappointing that both crop histories can't be retained within the same paddock in future seasons.

The app is simple to use and the customer service is excellent. The template functionality, both for crop templates and activity templates is highly beneficial.

The software can be quite slow. It is not nice to know that someone else can take over the maps I set up. The ownership of data or information after we, as agronomists, input it is somewhat concerning.

The interface is user friendly with a great UI. It is excellent for generating work orders and spray sheets as well as recording nutritional information.

The web based version has excessive loading time and I can't select multiple blocks. Better spray record reporting is needed.

The ease of use given by this software is unmatched. This is something that is not benefiting myself but also agronomists and the grower. And let's not forget the exceptional customer service that exceeds all expectations!

There are a few challenges we are facing but currently the weakest point is the blending tool. It works well for chemical blends but it doesn't function effectively for nutrient blends which is where we have the most need.

We ae trying to input all our costs not just agronomy-related expenses. It can be hard to obtain a final product and the reporting flexibility isn't optimal.

Agworld makes creating, sending, receiving and viewing agricultural recommendations a hassle free process. It almost matches the convenience of using paper with the added benefit of sharing with multiple team members. The responsive and helpful staff promptly address any issues.

Agworld is pricier compared to another software program with similar functionality. Personally I find the planning feature of the program slightly less intuitive.

The more we delve into its features, the more we discover different opportunities for improvement in our operations. By precisely tracking all inputs and outputs for our fields, generating reports and seamlessly importing data into Excel, we can analyze the correlation between factors like seeding and fertilizer rates and their impact on yields. Moreover the field insights provided through the map view are astounding allowing us to assess the total cost, yield and profit per acre for every field.

Sometimes it feels like the support team understands and values our ideas for improving the app or introducing new features but I can't always see the follow through. It would be wonderful to know if our requests were received and considered, even if the answer is no. I would appreciate more implementation of our requests or at least an explanation of why they were declined.

Many seemingly simple tasks are quite hard to perform or locate because they are categorized differently. It would be helpful to view recommendations for a specific crop across all customers.

Getting acquainted with the AgWorld Platform takes time. Transitioning from previous record keeping practices like spreadsheets, folders and handwritten notes to AgWorld requires patience and commitment. I understand how technology can be overwhelming. You can't fully grasp Agworld all at once. It takes multiple seasons to fully comprehend and utilize its power.
