Absolutely nothing. The integrations work flawlessly and the customer support is the best we've ever encountered.

I really like the ability to attach the cost of materials or products to any planned activities. The customer support during onboarding was exceptional, and I can effortlessly make and send recommendations from the field via the app, email, or text. The scouting app enables me to create streamlined reports on key information, such as weekly insect trap counts.

Cons

While it doesn't serve as a GIS management software it seamlessly integrates with other tools if needed. It lacks the capability to create fertilizer blends.

Pros

Agworld is an incredible tool that allows me to perform field applications in real time, even when I am not in the office. With the mobile options for iPhone and iPad, I can easily manage the organization and workflow on the farm. The PDF records, complete with maps, provide a clear and easy-to-read document that shows exactly what is needed.

Cons

In our large organization, Agworld occasionally takes time to synchronize especially on mobile devices that haven't synced in a while. Successful syncing on Agworld requires uninterrupted connectivity, which can be time-consuming with slower internet or interruptions from calls or other tasks that can be performed while the app syncs. Additionally, Agworld is currently not available in Spanish, which would make it more accessible for Spanish-speaking users.

Agworld helps me maintain comprehensive records of previous years crops and plan for the future. It also provides valuable insights into cost and profitability for farmers.

It takes our customers a little time to become accustomed to using and understanding the software.

The best aspect of this software is that it practically applies the extension services provided by researchers to various stakeholders in the agriculture and farm sectors. Additionally, the product is incredibly easy to use.

It would be great if the software offered a longer free usage period.

Pros

Agworld covers all aspects of farming operations by integrating scouting/sampling, logistics, planning, implementation, record-keeping, agronomy, financials and analytics. They continuously add new features and their integrations with third parties greatly enhance the functionalities.

Cons

The only drawbacks are a couple of missing features, but the team is actively working on adding them based on customer feedback.

The ease of use and quick access to data are great. I can see a comprehensive history of each field and every action that has taken place.

Work orders are rightly attached to the maps. I can print them and easily track what has been done, which is extremely helpful on busy days.

Data transfer can be slow at times, such as when adjustments take time to reflect in prescriptions.

One of the things I love is being able to access the app on my phone or iPad and view any growers field, along with the details of every application made, the applicator, application dates and the products used. Now that we have a few years worth of data in the software, its very much convenient to reference previous years information.

Cons

The software doesn't seem to be particularly strong in terms of uploading yield data and making comparisons for trials. It would also be beneficial to have a seamless way of automatically importing grower's yield data into the software, although I know they are working on it.

Transferring spray records to Aprex every 15 days and matching chemical products between systems can be a bit cumbersome.

Agworld is very versatile and I am looking forward to the integration with our billing system, streamlining our processes further.

Cons

It would have been great if it had worked with our billing system this spring. Additionally, given the abundance of options, I sometimes enter things incorrectly, resulting in incomplete reports. However, I can usually get it corrected within a day with a call to customer service.

The feature that allows me to annotate farm paddocks, maps and photos is fantastic for effectively communicating field observations to clients.

The GPS marking point when dropping pins in a paddock isn't very accurate, and the accuracy varies with the zoom feature.

I really like the ease of use with Agworld. Its intuitive and user friendly, whether I am using it on my desktop or iPad. Its extensive capabilities greatly assist both growers and their agricultural partners.

I dislike the inability to have multiple hybrids in one field or create different zones within a single field.

“My experience with ag world has been really great.

Pros

With this software its effortless to develop and modify farm plans throughout the season as needed. Sharing all the plans with the grower on a tablet for 24-hour access is highly beneficial. If necessary, I can easily assign or unassign work orders to different machines. Agworld has made billing much easier to keep track of, eliminating the risk of losing paper copies of spray orders. The tech service plays a significant role in making this program excellent, as they promptly address any questions or issues.

Cons

Sometimes, the filter settings can be a bit confusing. If the filters aren't set correctly, the correct jobs won't appear. I believe some steps in developing a farm plan could be slightly simplified. The more information you input into the program, the more you get out of it.

I really like the ability to organize my fertility plan during the off season, create templates and implement the plan as the season progresses. It allows me to have better control over my budget and achieve my goals.

I'm not a fan of the ID number changing when converting an activity from a plan to a work order to an actual.

“This program has been an easier change from other formats to get work orders wrote and ease of use.

Pros

I love the fact that I can write up work orders on my iPad when I am away from my laptop. It allows me to keep going with my day and effortlessly send the orders to the coordinator while in the field.

Cons

It would be helpful if either the comments section appeared higher on the work order for the applicator to see or if there was a pop-up box that alerted them to any comments or notifications on the field.

The ability to link all farm accounts into a single app and store all data there is invaluable. Scouting is effortless, recommendations are a breeze, and the color coded map field types are fantastic.

Cons

It would be great if I could obtain directions simply by dropping a pin on the screen. Also, it would be helpful if dropping a pin didn't save it permanently unless I undo or delete it. Just a few updates to enhance user-friendliness in the future would be beneficial.
