Pros
Transitioning to Alefbrain from JIRA was a breeze. The platform offers userfriendly navigation and impressive performance. Setting up permissions and adding users is a seamless process. The best part is that we can easily collaborate with our clients without incurring additional costs.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have more detailed visual project reports, but Alefbrain is continually improving its software, so I anticipate this will be addressed soon.
