Pros
This software allows for extensive customization based on the required fields. Once I became familiar with the interface, I was able to make use of additional functions.
Cons
The software is not stable, as I encounter errors when updating tickets. The web browser errors are inconsistent, and there have been instances where I lost all the typed updates due to an error during the ticket update process.
