“Useful integration with Microsoft Teams”
Pros
It has been a really strong fit for our NGO. It connects smoothly with Microsoft Teams and the staff, project and task reports with visualizations make it much easier to monitor, review and plan our portfolios and workloads effectively. Real-time tracking of tasks and subtasks has cut down a lot of the time we used to spend on timekeeping and work logging and it's helpful that adjustments can still be made when needed. Another big plus is how user-friendly it is, especially for team members who aren't IT experts and don't want to learn complicated programs.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't any feature that comes to mind as a downside. We don't use every single function like departments but that's mainly because we're a relatively small team. We only use the parts that are relevant to us and it's actually a benefit that AttendanceBot lets us disable the features we don't need.

Having everything integrated in one place has really helped our organization with the day-to-day workload. It keeps things organized without any hassle which makes it easier for us to stay productive and work more efficiently.
Cons
At times, the system can lag a bit when staff are clocking in or out. On the project management side, we update details as we go, so adding staff repeatedly used to be a challenge. They did improve this by introducing a button that lets us add everyone at once which has helped a lot. That said, it still needs regular checking because staff members occasionally get removed. It is not a major issue, since technical glitches can happen with any system. Whenever something comes up, AttendanceBot is quick to step in and help and their customer support has honestly been excellent.
